I watch for the Tanga sale notices everyday and often I am rewarded with low cost, unique gift ideas and personal items. Prices are always better than just about anyone else and presentation is straight forward. Buying is simple and I have not found any indication that my personal information has been at all compromised by Tanga. I do wish the shipping were a bit quicker and that there were more products available. I have not rated the "Service" or "Returns" catagories, as I have never needed to use them!
I ordered 2 selfie sticks on Monday and received exactly what I wanted and by Thursday. Gave them as presents to my sister and niece they were so excited "best birthday present" from my 10 year old niece! Thank you so much!
The purse looked better than it did on-line! When looking at some of the stitching and the buckle on-line I somewhat questioned the quality. So I was pleasantly surprised at the quality look of the purse when it arrived. The purse seems lager than what I had envisioned by comparing the measurements to my current purse. My expectation was they were pretty much the same size but the new purse looks larger. In my case I would have preferred the purse to be a bit smaller rather than larger. Also, the purse has a pretty strong leather scent (yes, it is leather!) which is no doubt a result of it being wrapped in plastic. This is not a problem but I'd recommend you allow a bit of time for the purse to air out before using it. The one area that did disappoint me thus only 4 stars on quality was the crinkly sounding lining. It sounds cheap and I question the durability of the lining. Overall for the price it is a very nice leather purse. (Shipping got dinged not because of Tanga but USPS. USPS encountered a problem that delayed the delivery by 2 days.)
Though I did receive a full refund for my purchase I feel that this company sells cheap products and avoids the customers. You can not find a contact number anywhere on their site so I was totally at the mercy to respond to my request for a full refund. When they did contact me to let me know they would issue the refund, they told me to keep the earrings since they were of no use to them and "You will not need to return this item and you may do with it what you wish. If it is an item that can be used for something else, go ahead! Maybe something to prop under a wobbly table?" Thanks a lot Victoria for that suggestion. I mean really, tell a customer to keep the junk and use it prop up a wobbly table. WHAT?

Recently Dr. Dre separated from the original partnership of Monster headphones, which is another reason we can get these at such a great price! Answer: If you use the on site e-mail they will contact you with in a reasonable amount of time and will correct or address any problems or concerns. They are only 36 people so they do not work 24 hours around the clock. But any time I've needed them they have responded and helped. They do not have a phone number.
