So i ordered this elegant hearts pendant gold rose necklace and along with other things. This is my 2nd time ordering with them along with other items and the rest are still to be receive.
I received the elegant hearts pendant necklace and when i saw it, the supposedly cubic zirconia big diamond it has wasn't properly place on the middle as if it is going to come off. I compared the necklace and pendant I have to the photo they advertised. There are so many lacking things I can find that you can tell the items they sell are cheaply made for its price they sell. I wasn't going to make a big deal out of it because it is a hustle to do returns and refunds. You get what you pay for.

TERRIBLE!

I bought a T-SHIRT from Tanga and when it came was undershirt, I called the customer right away and I only got trouble, the 3 rd. Time they said send me a picture from your Tanga order which I did and showed it was a T-SHIRT, THAT WAS THE LAST TIME I HEARD FROM THEM? Please don`t waste your time with this company.

HORRIBLE!

"HORRIBLE! I ordered a set of tank tops in size medium for my 20 year old daughter. It was $26 for this set. Here is the actual description. "It doesn't matter what your style is. Sporty, girly, fashion forward, edgy, or anything between, you always need a few great tank tops on hand. With this 12-pack of Tank Tops in your closet, you'll be ready for just about anything. Does not include built-in bra. 95% cotton, 5% Adjustable spaghetti straps. Stretchy, comfortable fit Available in sizes S-L Colors shipped randomly from: Black, White, Red, Fuchsia, Heather Gray, Purple, Beige, Blue, Brown, Jade, Coral, Pink, Green, Aqua and Charcoal Grey. Duplicates expected. Does not include built-in bra. When they arrived, they did not even come to her belly button. They are the size of an 8-10 year old. When I contacted them to return they told me I would have to pay for return shipping since the description telling that they ran small was clearly put on the listing. REALLY? Where? Running small is one thing. Fitting someone half her age and weight is another. And she is very thin! I will never EVER order from them again. The quality was very poor anyway, but at least they could have been the right size. ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE!"

I purchased 3 small fry pans to cook for 1 from another company but was delighted to see that Tanga has grill skillets so I ordered a set. A lite 12"x12" package arrived today after about 10 days. They consist of a stamped metal body with separate handles consisting of a plastic tube and an 'eye screw' to attach the tube to the body.

I will take the set to the church flea market tomorrow - maybe a child can make mud pies in them. The handles are too fragile to risk using over heat.

After reading the reviews and their BBB rating, I will not waste my time trying to contact their customer service.

I have had the unfortunate experience of trying to return 4 sets of towels I purchased. Upon receipt of the towels, I promptly washed them. As I began to fold them, I noticed that all of the tags had shredded and several towels were coming unsewn. I contacted their returns department about sending the towels back and obtaining a refund. After 6 days, I received a standard email (which did not fit my complaint) asking me to send pictures. I did so immediately only to receive an email 2 days later saying they do not provide full refunds on towels that have been washed and offered gift card and partial refund. They wanted to know if this was acceptable. When I replied that it was nit, I didn't hear back from them. After another week, I emailed and said I would contact the BBB. I received the same standard reply, so I did file a complaint with the BBB. I have also sent a letter to the CO of Tanga at the address listed and the letter was returned undeliveranle. I have been dealing with this since the beginning of March. Also, it took almost a month for delivery with no notice of delay. Only one email right before towels were shipped.
They tour that they treat you like family and will do everything it takes to make it right. They FAIL MISERABLY.

The first couple of orders I placed with Tanga were shipped in good order at good prices. Unfortunately, on the last order of 3 tee shirts, one item was cancelled as they were out of stock, one item shipped the incorrect size, and only one item was shipped correctly, but it took a long time to get here.
Contacted Tanga for return and credit on the misshipped item and they responded quickly with a return label. On November 5,2014 I sent it back November 6 & they received it on the 13th. As of today (March 27,2015) I have not received the refund to my credit card.

Have been in contact with them & because of the time lapse, they say they need my credit card numbers again, however, they have no secure way of getting them. The choices are: 1) e-mail the card info for all the internet to see, 2) call a phone where I can leave a voice mail with the card number for every employee or the janitor to hear, or 3) have someone at Tanga call me directly for the information. I chose the last option, however, the customer service person has called a couple of times when I haven't been able to answer the phone and have had to prod him by e-mail to call back; each time, the call either not going through or I was on another call. There is no number I can call to speak to anyone, only outgoing numbers or receiving voicemails.

They pride themselves on being a small company, and those are the ones I like to support and from whom we should receive the best service, however, Tanga falls very short in that area. The last message offered me a Tanga Credit, which I don't want, but which may have been their goal the whole time. Very disappointed in Tanga's performance on this small amount.

Since I posted this review on another site, Tanga has not made any further attempts to contact me. I guess this is their petty way to deal with negative reviews due to their lousy customer service,"

Received defective Beats by Dre Headphones from Tanga. Sent Tanga an email the next day informing them that the headphones are defective. A response was promised within 24-48 hours. After 48 hours still no response. Ordered the headphones to take on an upcoming trip. Very disappointed in the lack of a response and getting a defective product.

I ordered an item in Feb and the site provided a date range during which I would receive the order. After the dates had past I checked the order and it was still "processing". I sent a request to Tanga support asking about it. Four days later I still hadn't heard back so I sent another request. The response I received said sorry and that my account had been credited. There was no explanation offered. The real measure of customer service is how a business responds to the non-normal cases. I'm not impressed with the performance of Tanga in this respect.

Placed my order on Feb 13th. Still says order processing. Delivery between Feb 23- Mar 5th. Still no order and no response to where my order is. I sent them an email related to another product I was going to order, they didn't get back to me until 3 days later and I m glad I didn't order that product also.

Ordered replacement toothbrush heads on 2/17. Order still shows "Processing". Sent an email on Thursday asking where is my stuff? As of today, I still have not heard anything back.

You may have already received a tracking number, as the label is printed and ready to go as soon as your order gets to the front of the line.
