With my last order with Tanga.com, I didn't receive one of the items ordered. I sent them an email to let them know and it was answered very quickly and professionally. They were prompt in stating that they were sorry about the mix up and quickly refunded the money for the item asking me to reorder it if I still wanted it. Again customer for life!
I recently purchased a 5 pack of (what I thought was) mini Srichacha hot sauce bottles. The photo had five small plastic bottles of the coveted hot sauce in adorable little travel sized bottles. I was shocked when I received 5 EMPTY bottles, and revisited the product description that said "fillable bottles." As an English teacher I was validated and my mantra to read carefully meant the joke was on me. Had it said refillable, I would really have been burned here. Providing my own hot sauce, and paying 15.99 plus shipping and handling for empty bottles is beyond infuriating --it's just plain embarrassing!

Recently Dr. Dre separated from the original partnership of Monster headphones, which is another reason we can get these at such a great price! These Beats are authentic, however are no longer associated with current Dr. Dre models. If you'd like to return, just reply to my email and we can go from there. Answer: If you use the on site e-mail they will contact you with in a reasonable amount of time and will correct or address any problems or concerns. They are only 36 people so they do not work 24 hours around the clock. But any time I've needed them they have responded and helped. They do not have a phone number.
