Recently made another substantial purchase from Swiss Cuban Cigars. I experienced a significant delay in shipping with this one, which in my experience is unusual, so I reached out to them. They investigated, got back to me fairly quickly, and made a replacement shipment immediately, which I subsequently received in a timely manner. Everything arrived in pristine condition and I remain a satisfied customer.
The Cigar was the best! However, my previous order was confiscated by US Customs and had to fill out paperwork to forfeit the merchandise. Swiss did send me another order at no charge. (Which was awesome!) With the current régime in the US. I will not jeopardize my rights as a US citizen. So regretfully I will not be ordering any cubans. Partagas Lusitanias (Sample 3)

Very satisfied with the cigars, sadly UK import duties make it prohibitively expensive to order cigars any more. It is cheaper to fly to Europe and buy the cigars at the airport, stay a night or two and fly back. The duty was more than the cigars. Very sad.

Two of my Partagas Series D No 4 were damaged. The heads were crushed.

I had a small issue with the original order. The Customer Service Rep Oksana was in contact with me several times with updates, and after arrival (in only a few weeks) she continued to follow up to be sure I was satisfied. We spoke about my concerns and she addressed immediately and had my order re-shipped. I got that in 15 days which was amazing and in time for my daughters wedding. Oksana is a rock star, and the Cuban Cigars I received in the re-shipment are perfect. I would recommend Swiss Cuban Cigars to everyone! Great prices, great quality, and fantastic service!
I've loved all the various cigars that I've gotten over the years, however the shipping challenges, particularly with utilizing USPS. The tracking via USPS is sketchy at best.
