All I can say is that the cigars are counterfeit. They sure look real but if you look at the numbers carefully like in the photo attached, The numbers don't match on the sticker which is like having a dollar bill with the number is not matching. Fool me once shame on you, if you get fooled now then shame on you.

I placed an order and it initially stated that I had to pay through a bank transfer which my bank would not authorize so they then said they accept a Visa debit card payment which I went ahead and did and I got a confirmation email saying that it went through and later on that same day I got another email saying that the order had been canceled per my request and that I would not be charged. I did not request for the order to be canceled and I was charged! After that no cooperation through email and every time I have tried to call them it says that they are closed or not available. I had to call my bank to dispute the transaction. I just got off the phone with the fraud department at my bank. Do not buy from these scam artists and I'm now reading that the cigars are actually FAKE. I will never purchase from these people again and I don't recommend that anyone else does either.

Checked barcode on green seal with habanos authenticity and it came back a Montecristo #2. And when put side by side with a real P2 the color and length didn't match as well as the band placement. Dont get burnt like I did. Doesn't even come close to the taste of a true P2. The cigar on the right is a true P2 the one on your left is from Swiss Cuban Cigars

Bought a few boxes hoping they would be authentic. Took the risk even tough they aren't on the habanos list of authorized retailers. I finally had the chance to buy from an authorized retailer and you can really tell the difference. The labels are the biggest difference, but you can also tell from the wrapper and cap. I have the authentic Cubans on the left and Swiss Cuban on the right. The fakes have less details and the images are slightly blurry, sadly easier to see in person. The wrappers are also more bland on the ones on the right.

Keep in mind that the cigars, in all their production process, are handmade, especially the Cuban ones, so from the rolling of the leaves, to the cutting of the labels and rings, it may not be 100% accurate in everything. Moment. The quality of the product can be verified when you smoke it and check the unique characteristics of each cigar.
Also, each box has its own unique items that are different from box to box. Habanos change the format of the cigars from time to time and improve the design of the cigar boxes including the cigar rings periodically, so if you are going to compare a specific box, check the production date that is indicated on the back. Bottom of the box: Usually in the format of Month and Year, such as NOV 19, means it occurred in November 2019.
It is completely normal that you will find differences in the box design if they occurred in the different time period. A box made in November 2019 could be completely different than one made in January 2020.
To be 100% sure, you have to compare the cigar produced in the same year. Sometimes you could even see the differences of the boxes that are produced during the same year.

The number on the barcode should match the very small number on the top and bottom of the warranty stamp. It is hard to see.
They don't match. These are FAKE
Interestingly enough the cigars are well constructed and are not bad. Curious what they use.
Use Montefortuna or Topcuban
Fake cigars, stay away (they came in plastic bags without additional packaging for each cigar). Just go for trusted vendors such as ihavanas and topcubans.

I ordered a box of Partagas 898's. $406 shipped cost. They arrived in horrible shape. Not from the postage handler, but in SCC's plastic wrapped box itself with Bovida pad. Can't blame that on the Postal Service. The varnished box comes in a cardboard outer box with all of the stamps. Box looked like it had been ripped open with zero care. I usually use a razor blade to cut the stamps. The cigars were in an abysmal shape, broken, all wrappers cracked, and the yellow ribbon, tied by hand, obviously, opened and abusively handled beforehand. Not one good one in a box of 25. Each cigar was cracked and unraveling. SCC will take no responsibility at this time. They made me send pictures 3 times. That showed them the extent of the damage and the response should have been instant. Please note that I followed the link in their emails and it went to VIP Cigars out of Hong Kong. Site looks the same, just replacing SCC with VIP Cigars. Curious, no? In the past they resolved issues with customs etc. They have refused to refund my money or send a new box

Received on March 18,2024. I ordered a box of Partagas 898's, varnished box at $406 delivered price. Each cigar was damaged, peeling, unraveling. Box had missing authentication details (certifications normally found). SCC had me send dozens of pictures. They take no responsibility. I am out $406 and after spending thousands with this company over the past 2 years, they treat you like dirt. I just threw away $406. You want to do the same? By the way, they are also known as VIP Cigars out of Hong Kong. Their customer service numbers in the US don't answer. Buyer beware
Your cigars are fake the numbers don't match and I have these already they're not even the same size they are very well-made fakes so I'm giving you a bad review online because you guys are cheats I hope It costs you a lotta money - notice the authentic one on the lefts size and is specific to this cigar. Also the numbers didn't match on the Habanos authenticity label. Also notice the limited edition band on the left is raised the fake on the right is not. I'll keep you posted if they don't refund my money

I received my first order of partagas D4 and Cohiba Robustos. I compared them to my friends same cigars that he got from Duty Free. Different leaf color, labels are different, and the taste and smoke is completely off! Im giving it 1 star because there isnt a lower rating. BIG SCAM DONT BUY!

An person by the name "LOAHANA" got back to me defending their counterfeit cigars sent. I been smoking the same cigars for over 32 years and boughts plenty of boxses of the same. All Cohiba Cigars are fake.

The cigars that were shipped to me were fake. The band was visibly wrong. The wrapper on the cigar was to dark and the filler was chopped up. Fake cigars demanded refund.
