This site can drive you nuts if you have a problem they just run you round in circles! One problem is you can buy from numerous sites not called stackskills, but then find out that is who you have enrolled with!

I sent them an email with a question and asking a bit of their company. Turns out i had a misunderstanding of what they provide. Not only did i receive an email from the founder himself, he took the time out to help me with my original question on a product they don't even sell. It was above the call of duty and truely appreciated.

I didn't want this order. I was trying to get my code in before checkout. I reordered using the code. Now I need a refund for this order. Thank you! Ordered two Apple dual charger pads for my wife and I for our iPhones and iWatches. Tried them several times and could not get them to work consistently. Contacted customer service, explained the problem, and they quickly offered to refund my purchase. I'll definitely do business with them again.
Quick response to my question, even on Sunday! I was confused about a product I had ordered and sent a question to Stacksocial. The response I received not only cleared the air for me but was concise and timely.
Bucky was my contact to unravel a duplicate order I created in error. Apparently I had 2 separate accounts and was unaware of orders going through in both. They were gracious and very communicative and were able to delete one of the orders so I didnt get 2 items.

Answer: It took a long time and the intervention of PayPal, but I got a refund--finally--for an item that was never delivered (because it was never sent.) The range of scores for this business makes me wonder why some people get good service and others are ignored--even defrauded.
Answer: They don't want to interact with anyone. You'll get these ridiculous emails from their "Support Heroes" team. They are all cut and paste nonsense, and they deny any responsibility for their vendors. I was only able to get action by working with my credit card company to reverse the charges because of the scam they pulled (item they advertised was not what they actually sold). As a precaution, I also advised my credit card company to automatically deny charges from them. My advice is to NEVER risk buying from them. It's like your mama always told you: "If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't."

Answer: They have no customer service, just form letters. No matter how often you email them, you will get no response that makes sense. They have no way of contacting them except emails.
Answer: Clearly playing numbers game. Probably making their own positive reviews. No one stopping them. Internet scammers.
