Best support ever!

I ordered a travel backpack with a solar panel to charge electronics and outdoor speaker. (Solgaard) The solar panel didn't charge the battery and batteries didn't hold a charge so I sent them a message before going on a trip. They immediately responded, asked for additional information then came up with a solution. They even saved me the hassle of sending the defective unit back to them. That had to have been expensive. They followed up with me and made sure I got the new one. I don't know the situation with the bad reviews but i have no reservations, these guys are legit.

I bought a speed reading course that turned out only to be used for reading self-help books, which it advocated over other books. It was mainly a method of skipping huge sections of a book and skimming over the rest of it. The course was completely useless for any serious book, and was presented in a sophomoric and motivational manner that took precedent over any substantial methodology. I wanted a refund but was refused. The course was so bad I unsubscribed from any more of their emails and would never consider another course from them. I could of just as well threw $25 out the window.

On Friday evening I wanted to redeem the code for a class I purchased and the code didn't work. I submitted the Help Desk request and heard from the support team on Saturday morning. The issue was resolved the first time with a new code and faster than expected. I am very pleased with the support I received.

The service that I paid for on Stack Socail was NOT AT ALL as advertised! They were selling a lifetime subscription to a service as a third party seller. The information they offered was COMPLETELY different than the actual company's description of the service. I never would have purchased this had I known. They REFUSE to give me a refund, even when I emailed them within minutes of discovering I'd been duped. Would NOT recommend.
