I have bought 2 courses at 199 USD and got charged 238.8 USD... I have sent many emails to ask for reason and corrections. Support is NOT answering the question: First answer was: You bought 2 courses... Yes I know, second was the bank statement shows EUR not USD... and therefore normal that it is different... NO bank statements shows 238.8USD... IT IS CRAZY!
Read the fine print! They will refuse to refund any order, even though the product is crap. Don't trust how wonderful their product description is. Never buying again.

Contacting Support is one of those things that normally cause me to grind my teeth in frustration. Many times it feels like my request goes into a black hole or is picked up by someone who got maybe 5 minutes of training before being assigned my ticket.
What started out what I feared would be another exercise in frustration became the the best support experience I have ever had. My saved password was not working so I tried to use the Forgot Password option to reset my password but the link I got only took me to the sites home page. I tried every browser I had (including IE) but the timed reset links kept sending me back to the home page.
I opened a ticket and expected to hear back in a couple days. I was totally caught off guard when I got back an initial response within a minute. Yes, a minute! And this was after 5 PM.
After some back and forth and a trying a couple different things I was expecting to have my ticket just dropped as one of those difficult to solve ones that no agent wants to get since it affects their closure rate. To my surprise my support agent Wade kept at it. He managed to get me unstuck and I was finally able to log in and use my account again. Wade was simply THE best support person I have ever dealt with. Those who know me know that is not something I would say lightly. I only give 5 star reviews if someone or something is truly deserved of it and not simply "very good". I grew up with Bell curve rating and that is how I rate.
While this review is primarily focused on my support experience I have had a few weeks to get back on the site and to enjoy its content. I have purchased a couple course bundles and have been enjoying them. For the most part there is not a lot that is either fluff or simply boring stuff that I could not pick up with a little Google-fu. If you want to learn something, I do recommend you try out a bundle or two. If something does go wrong or you need some help, they definitely have a great crew to help you there too.
Items look like toys, really unreliable. They dont work at all and trying to get to accept that their item is defective... impossible! Good luck with having a working product nor getting youroney back! Theres no phone number for customer service, so imagine how long will it take to get an answer from them by email DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS WEBSITE!

I bought VPN unlimited and accidentally got into the trial version. They helped me quickly and gave me a great step by step instructions and provided me with the code that I need to redeem it.
I had an issue with a redeem code and contacted support via email explaining the problem. Some minutes later I received an email back with the solution. I followed the guidelines and my problem was solved within an hour. Recommended and excellent service experience.
Every once and a while it is so refreshing to get such amazing customer care from an online service provider. They resolved a sticky technical bugaboo in a really quick turn around. The personal touch and transparent communication greatly appreciated. Thanks

I had a question about my order so I emailed the customer support heros my order had a shipping label made and I received an email saying my order was in pre-shipment. So a week goes by and it still hadnt shipped so I ask what was the reason, and the email I get back basically says were a third part, so we dont know. Itll ship out when they ship it. And while this was a very lackluster response I was going to let it slide, until I received that very same email every day for a week. Then I would also receive an email saying it shipped. Every day, for a week. I emailed back asking to close the case and stop emailing me. The response I got was one of the same emails Ive been receiving and another email telling me Ive been manually removed from the marketing emails. What!? Im not subscribed to the marketing emails.? Then they asked for a survey on the support heros which I filled out stating I received to many repetitive emails that were just generic responses. And I get ANOTHER email saying it looks like I was unhappy and they wanted me to make sure I filled the survey out properly. So I did. I work retail and I try to be nice with surveys because theyre important for a lot of places but these people dont read anything you send to them. Every time I messaged them I was clear and they never responded back with a valid email. And then finally here we are. They sent me yet another email, this time asking me to leave a review here. So here I am. Dont buy anything from them. Its not worth the spam emails theyll send.

I purchased a 3rd party app (VPN) which worked fine until I was denied access. The long and short of this was - Support Heroes - contacted the Vendor (Windscribe) for me and with the vendor's guidance, we were able to resolve the issue quickly. I am completely satisfied with the service and the product.

Answer: It took a long time and the intervention of PayPal, but I got a refund--finally--for an item that was never delivered (because it was never sent.) The range of scores for this business makes me wonder why some people get good service and others are ignored--even defrauded.
Answer: They don't want to interact with anyone. You'll get these ridiculous emails from their "Support Heroes" team. They are all cut and paste nonsense, and they deny any responsibility for their vendors. I was only able to get action by working with my credit card company to reverse the charges because of the scam they pulled (item they advertised was not what they actually sold). As a precaution, I also advised my credit card company to automatically deny charges from them. My advice is to NEVER risk buying from them. It's like your mama always told you: "If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't."
