They're bunch of scammers, i have purchases a training bundle and i'v been forced to watch first video so i can make sure it's suitable (they don't offer a preview for any video bundle) so i was forced to preview it by my self and when i ask to cancel my order they claimed that i have claimed the order and in that case is not refundable!
. If I could give negative stars I would. My experience was terrible. I ordered Axum ear buds, which had great reviews on the sites I checked. I was told it would take 3 weeks to arrive, no way to speed it up. The order was a week late. I was sent a review request prior to the product arriving, which added to the frustration of waiting so long. The ear buds arrived and were nothing like the reviews. The sound was tinny, and sounded distorted. They didn't fit in my ears, even with the many different ear bud adaptors. They fell out every time i tried to run. My product must be damaged because there is no way $300 ear buds could sound this terrible. Customer service ignored my first request for refund, then replied to second with all sales are final response. They should eat the cost to save their reputation
I have buy lifetime VPN subscription from them and this is nice site to trade with. I will for sure trade with them again in future.
I'm not sure, what I was expecting but... for some reason, I was expecting a REAL human teacher to like explain HTML 5 to me... Instead it was just a bunch of boring video that WHO knows (some poor programmer) put together. You'd be better off with a book and practice examples and watching video's if you didn't understand the material, since... There is no way to ask any questions or further help. Your just pretty much screwed. Buy a book or lesson from elsewhere but here! Stay away! Save your money and you have been warned!
Buyers Beware! This website is a scam!
I made the mistake of buying 3 Wireless Blootooth earbuds ($109) from this website. 20 minutes later I realized the huge mistake I had made after reading multiple complaints here about the company, the crap they sell and the lack of guarantee, so I attempted to cancel the order.
I was unable to do that on my own because they don't have that option in their website, so I immediately contacted customer support.
The next day they emailed me back saying that the order had been processed and that it was going to ship soon.
This was barely 15 hours later. This was surprising since when I placed the order it said that the earbuds were going to be delivered 3 weeks later!
It seems that as soon as I emailed customer support asking them to cancel the order, they decided to process and ship the order just to have the excuse that they could no longer cancel the order.
I emailed them back letting them know that if the order was not canceled I was going to file a complaint with BBB, but I never heard back from them.
Never received my product but the money taken from my account. Help desk reminded " all sales final'! WTH? I never received my product or a resolution to this problem. Still waiting and not happy. Won't be recommending at all.
I bought a course and was unable to access it. Every time I tried, I would find that I was locked out. Oh, by the way, they have changed their name to Skillssocial! Shame on CNN for selling a scam.
If you buy a course and it doesn't show up in My Courses, kiss that money goodbye. You can fill out the Contact form as many times as you want, it will do no good. Not only will you not hear from a human, you won't even get an email acknowledging that you filled out the contact form.
Thanks guys
Also your unsubscribe link doesn't work so that's pretty professional too
Also i didn't sign up for whatever your mailing list is
I got gazillion emails at once spamming big time. I will block and report elsewhere. I'm not sure what they were thinking.
I also have purchased programs from StackSkills but not anymore.
I attempted to order an art course for a child, on sale at 39 dollars. When I went to the checkout to pay for my purchase, I noted that another item, "frequently bought by customers" had been added by default. I was not interested in the added program. Several attempts to remove the unwanted program failed - in fact the more I clicked the back button, the more I closed and tried to reopen the page the more the price kept going higher until it had reached $206. I received a reply from someone calling himself Support hero Bruce Wayne, telling me it was all a BUNDLE for 39 dollars. Not SO. The 39 dollars was simply lure so that I would blindly click and pay the extra without noticing. This company is connected with MASHABLE for Heaven's sake so we must assume that the editorial policy at Mashable is as sleazy and dishonest as the sales practices at Stackskills. So as far as any more offers from StackSkills put them up your Bat Cave Bruce Wayne/
I have tried to call the phone number they provide but no-one ever answers it - not sure why they list it - the message just refers you to their support email account. I have sent several emails to customer service regarding the order I placed recently. I received one answer and the follow up emails all remain unanswered. What type of operation does that? I regret ordering through them. Would love to cancel my order.
StackSocial is a fake website, they stolen my money three times with their fake offers.
They are not professional and always provide a very bad quality courses and very bad services like storage and VPN and finally they had an offer for full access EduCBA membership and i purchased it and then they said this is for business course only while the offer is to get full access for all courses of EduCBA. Please help others to stop dealing with such Swindlers and show others they bad practices.
I purchased some airbud earbuds on August 17. They were supposed to be a gift for my wife. They arrived on September 10. When they arrived one of them was completely defective. I emailed support and asked for a new set to be sent out and I would return the defective set. They required a video for proof that I had a defective set. I supplied the video - It's now September 28 and I still have no resolution to the issue. Stack social says that they've reached out to the supplier but I haven't heard anything other than that. Bottom line is I paid for a product and haven't had a refund or working product sent to me. I think much of this is due to their business model. They don't carry any of the products on hand, so when a defective product is shipped, they can't actually do anything about it until they work with their supplier. Furthermore they don't issue refunds, just replacements. Bottom line, find the product you're looking for somewhere else where you avoid the risk of their terrible support and business model.
If you want to get a fake tracking number and the run around from customer service, then this is the company for you! Bought product 8/6 with the expectation of waiting for the item as delivery time said early september. September 1 I received an email with a tracking number and said expected delivery Sept 3. Sept 3 came and sent with no product delivered. Tracked the tracking number and all it says is "pre-shipment". So it was never shipped. Customer service said just keep waiting (thats helpful) and basically reprimanded me for checking saying that the delivery time is extended. I told them I knew that but THEY sent me an email telling me my product shipped and gave a tracking number so crazy me, I thought they actually mailed it. Nope. Still waiting, and now customer service doesn't even respond. I'm out over $100. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!
The charger was defective out of the box and they refused to replace or refund. Their defense is All sales are final'. This company is a scam
Sells you an item that doesn't work as promised and they wont take it back. Customer service takes days to respond
Purchased a whole lot of courses and learned a whole lot. You can indeed learn almost everything on here.
This site has falsely advertised Air Bud Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds! They absolutely do not hold a charge for 4 to 5 hours as this website advertises. I have repeatedly put them to the test in the past week since I received them and I have gotten precisely 1 hour and 20 minutes each time. ALSO, one of them cuts out constantly unless I have my phone about 18 inches from it at all times... defeats the whole purpose! AND they don't work independently (i. E., charge one while using the other) These things are basically garbage. My blue tooth that I have used for years holds a charge much longer and is more dependable than these!
In a single word, they are just cheating with the client. They are just a disguised cheater. I purchased a product, seopop from them, and found it is useless and not provided the advertised product (features). After getting this useless product, I get back to stacksocial.com and ask for a return on the next day of purchase, when I get the access to the product. But they refused to refund, though seopop has 7 days refund policy!
I have the emails from them as proof.
So, please don't waste your valuable money by purchasing useless products from this cheated online shop, stacksocial.com.
Answer: It took a long time and the intervention of PayPal, but I got a refund--finally--for an item that was never delivered (because it was never sent.) The range of scores for this business makes me wonder why some people get good service and others are ignored--even defrauded.
Answer: They don't want to interact with anyone. You'll get these ridiculous emails from their "Support Heroes" team. They are all cut and paste nonsense, and they deny any responsibility for their vendors. I was only able to get action by working with my credit card company to reverse the charges because of the scam they pulled (item they advertised was not what they actually sold). As a precaution, I also advised my credit card company to automatically deny charges from them. My advice is to NEVER risk buying from them. It's like your mama always told you: "If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't."
Answer: Hi Humberto, We would love to help you on this. Please contact us at https://support.stackcommerce.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Answer: I responded to an ad. Very stupid of me, and i will never do that again!
Answer: They have no customer service, just form letters. No matter how often you email them, you will get no response that makes sense. They have no way of contacting them except emails.
Answer: Clearly playing numbers game. Probably making their own positive reviews. No one stopping them. Internet scammers.
