Be aware that they don't stand behind their promises. They had an issue with a coupon for 15% so I was promised that they would refund me the 15% after my purchase instead. So I made my purchase and asked for the discount. But the customer service changed their mind and refused me the discount.
I bought a $70 electric toothbrush from them. It broke in about 2 months. I asked for a replacement and they said the warranty had expires. Really? I asked again if they would please replace it and they wouldn't. Stay away!
There should be a zero star option. Purchased a hair dryer from this company. Aside from the fact it is cumbersome and heavy (claims is lightweight), it does not even heat up. Now I find out it cannot be returned even though it obviously is defective. Never, ever to business with these people. They do not stand behind their products.
After months of emails got my refund of earbuds. It seems this product is their swan song. I purchased a Spanish course that I'm please to report works as advertised. But they should take a lesson from the Big online retailer, customer satisfaction is key. These guys haven't a clue.
Absolute joke of a website. Ordered what was supposed to be a gift for christmas on november 23 and it didn't even arrive until late january. Their response time was awful. And the whole "all sales are final" bullet hidden at the bottom of the product listing is ridiculous. I explained initially the delivery date was before christmas, but then it just never came. Will never shop from this website again! Nor should anyone else.
This company plain out sucks! I purchased two pairs of earbuds at Christmas for gifts, one pair already fell-apart. When you put them in the charging box and take them out 1\2 of the earbuds get stuck in it. I sent them pictures and they won't even replace the pair. I will never order from this place again.
Stay away!
When I made an inquiry as to return for a Christmas gift (which I did not purchase) I was told "All Sales Final". I responded (twice) that I did not make the purchase so what is your policy for Christmas returns. They did not even take the time to answer my e-mail. Anyone making an online order should stay away from this site.
I ordered something a month ago now and I haven't heard back from them regarding the item for a week now. They have no solid answers for me so I finally just got in touch with my credit card company to remove the charge.
I bought an perpetual license (subscription) to animatron.com through one of StackCommerce's many partner websites. Although everything worked out well for me, the purchase process took some effort to understand. Although StackCommerce is "merchant of record" they do not fulfill, manufacture or deliver any of the products/services sold within their network. This means you buy through their store, BUT you redeem the product/service on the partner's website. This may require that the shopper enter their credit card twice; once on StackCommerce (actual payment) and once on the vendor's site ($0 transaction).
Keep in mind that StackCommerce is only the "broker" between you and the vendor so if the product you buy doesn't meet your expectations, don't shout out to StackCommerce about product quality or delivery. Their end of this deal is to ensure you get a replacement product or a refund. (order-related service only; no product support)
If you can abide by StactCommerce's selling model, they offer genuinely good deals at great prices.
Similar to others, I ordered earbuds as Christmas presents for friends. Order received included incorrect colors and mnfgs. Have contacted StackSocial, with no response received. No phone number provided on site, only enter discrepancies on site. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If a company cannot provide products advertised, they shouldn't post they are available on the site, or at least respond in attempts to correct.
Ordered a xmas present on nov 14. It is now Jan 3 and the item is still not received. I emailed them 3 times about my order with no response from customer service. Do NOT order from them
I ordered a medium jacket for my wife for xmas... she is a small to medium so I got a medium... it was delivered in time for xmas but when my wife tried it on, it was more like an extra small. She cannot wear it. I contacted customer support, and after 3 days heard back with this answer
"I'm very sorry to hear you're unhappy with your purchase.
Unfortunately, we're contractually tied to an All Sales Final policy with our vendors, allowing us to offer amazing products at huge discounts. Once you complete your purchase, orders are fulfilled by the associated vendor and the vendor is paid in full. Although I would really like to help you out, for the above reason, I am unable.
For any specific product, please see our refund policy under the "TERMS" section on the deal page."
I've contacted Joyus 5 times over a broken jewelry case that was sent to me and they just keep giving me the runaround about "talking to the vendor". It doesn't take two weeks to contact a vendor or receive a refund. Horrible customer service and cheap quality for ridiculous prices!
They offered a cheap deal to give you tons of videos and work content on Salesforce. It looked promising and I saw the add from an article on Entrepreneur so I took it as legit.
https://www.entrepreneur.com/article/*******
The content was ridiculous, videos for 2 minutes on elementary concepts and not even geared at the Salesforce platform, just why you should invest in it.
AND to get to the actual learning and training info... you guessed it! Gotta make another purchase!
HUGE SCAM! Do not buy unless you want to gift them your money.
Husband ordered something for Christmas early November. Still not here and they don't care. Never order from this company.
I ordered a couple items as Christmas gifts on November 26th. Shipment was supposed to arrive in 8-10 business days. It's Christmas Eve and the items still haven't arrived.
Do not order from this company.
I ordered 3 of the Bluetooth ear buds a month ago and they still have not arrived! I've emailed and even I boxed them on Facebook and they will not respond!
Order day Axum earbuds and September 2018 it is now December 2018 and items still has not been shipped. Customer service response to emails is very slow and unresponsive. I had to dispute the charge with the credit card company for items not shipped.
Answer: It took a long time and the intervention of PayPal, but I got a refund--finally--for an item that was never delivered (because it was never sent.) The range of scores for this business makes me wonder why some people get good service and others are ignored--even defrauded.
Answer: They don't want to interact with anyone. You'll get these ridiculous emails from their "Support Heroes" team. They are all cut and paste nonsense, and they deny any responsibility for their vendors. I was only able to get action by working with my credit card company to reverse the charges because of the scam they pulled (item they advertised was not what they actually sold). As a precaution, I also advised my credit card company to automatically deny charges from them. My advice is to NEVER risk buying from them. It's like your mama always told you: "If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't."
Answer: Hi Humberto, We would love to help you on this. Please contact us at https://support.stackcommerce.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Answer: I responded to an ad. Very stupid of me, and i will never do that again!
Answer: They have no customer service, just form letters. No matter how often you email them, you will get no response that makes sense. They have no way of contacting them except emails.
Answer: Clearly playing numbers game. Probably making their own positive reviews. No one stopping them. Internet scammers.
