I had some difficulties accessing my quantity of devices for the VPN package bought and Stacksocial Support team solving the issues within straight 3 days. Took a bit longer since we're living in different time zones. Appreciate your Support team diligent and helpful. I love Stacksocial.

Great service

I bought a game and had some trouble redeeming the steam key. They provided the solution within the same day with great communication (they first had to verify with their supplier before being able to help me and kept me in the loop through that process).

I bought couple of softwares from StackSocial, however, one of vendor software was not at all useful in my usage scenario. After lodging the complaint... StackSocial and the respective worked together to get sorted out and provided me in time refund as a credit.

My overall issue got resolved in just 2 days... Thank you StackSocial for your support.

BEWARE. They do not make what they sell, and don't offer refunds. This is the email I received from their customer service, when I tried to cancel an order 1 minute after it went through, for a phone/key tracker, which is useless if you only have the software...

"I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy with your purchase.

As it stands, we are contractually tied to a no refund policy with our vendors, allowing us to offer amazing products at a huge discount. Additionally, digital license codes and redemption assets are sent out immediately upon checkout, at which point the vendor is paid. I would love to accommodate your request, but if we offered refunds, customers could make purchases, redeem the assets, ask for a refund, and walk away with free software."

I bought 3 copies of the Speed Reading Bundle as gifts for my grandchildren. Each of them would need to have his/her own access to redeem and activate the product. Stacksocial does not have that option but they followed up and solved this problem very efficiently for me. Great job.

Talk about customer service! This company has the best ever, no questions asked! I had a slight issue with a product and sent them an email. Within 24 hrs a credit was back in my account. I didnt have to jump thru hoops, beg, or plead my case. Again, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!

I had no issues until trying to redeem an item yesterday, and support was able to make the correction and assist me in the redemption process quickly and effectively. Very happy with the products and extremely happy with their support.

I tried to buy a software product from these people. Their system said the bank refused the card, I tried a different card and it was refused also. I tried a third time to get error messages and it happened to work. Then I get a call from the bank telling me someone is calling in by voice with my card number. The bank blocked my card.

Stacksocial emailed me asking for a photo of my CC, talk about a security risk!

Stacksocial kept telling me that I had not paid for the product even when the third attempt worked and the bank said they were paid.

I tried to get access to my account to get the product. The "Forgot Password" email had no details. I had to figure out that I needed to view the email in my browser instead of my common email program used by millions of people.

Stacksocial help desk could not help.

It took me over 4 hours to save $20.00 on that product.

Never again will I use stacksocial.
