Perfect!

Due to a sudden loss of electricity, I lost my work in progress and I had not saved neither the activation links nor the serial numbers of the software bundle I had just purchased. It took almost nothing for Bruce Wayne to find then and make them available for me. Nice.

I am sorry that this didn't work out. I was surprised to find a very short cable, and no plug in for either one of the two I ordered. Plugging into my computer alone did not activate the pads to make them work. I am as usual, very satisfied with the service I've always had from Stack Social, and will continue to be a return customer. I'm just sorry that these units didn't come complete and that the vendor did not respond.

I bought a training that wasn't available: The instructor removed the training because it was updated. Stacksocial was clear in their prompt communications and explained what happened. They offered both a refund and I could select another training as compensation.
So I'm happy and impressed with their service. After sales deserves 6 stars, but because I didn't got what I originally ordered, I can't give a perfect score to the delivery... So a mean average of 5 stars ;)

Save your money and stay away from this site. Most courses offered can be downloaded freely from the internet. Those I bought with video are conducted by 3rd rate instructors

Stacksocial.com is a website I frequently visit and purchase products from. Ive always had an uneventful experience getting great prices and quick shipping... and then... I ordered a product and the manufacturer failed to ship. 7 days, 15 days, 30 days. Needless to say, I was ticked and ready for battle. I wanted the product and I was fired up. I immediately contacted their support team and was my problem was skillfully handled from start to finish by one representative. She was frustrated by the manufacturer who gave her the runaround as well. I was well informed through each frustrating step and my questions and problems were handled promptly and to the best of her ability.

I finally received the product from the manufacturer.

My support pro saved my relationship with stacksocial.com; had she not responded so expertly I would have gotten a refund and never returned.

She deserves congratulations from a grateful customer and the company she represents!
