Same email, no checking and very bad customer service
I had tried to reset my password, but could not receive a reset password email. I learned that because I had requested a refund on a charge on January 10th that Sugardaddy had suspended my account. I had been charged two separate amounts of $99 each on the 10th of January. I only was responsible for making one of those transactions. Segpay was helpful, Sugardaddy.com was anything but helpful. I'm done with them for good!

I used one of the many sites they represent, so I understand that they may not have intentionally or purposefully designed a sketchy website but they have no problem charging you for it. I sent a message that I did not mean to purchase nor wanted to purchase a subscription to another site they represent for billing. They took that as I wanted to cancel the subscription, not that the site design scammed me from purposefully purchasing a subscription. I am not interested in the site nor have I accessed it either, but they still kept the initial, WRONGFUL charge. They definitely want to charge you, whether you purchase a service intentionally or not
So nice that managers provided everything correctly and due to the issue. I wasn't able to switch it off in my profile. Hope to see this function in the future so not to distract them
Very good service, canceling was very easy which is nice because some of these sites make it impossible to figure out.
They resolved my issues within 24 hours. It was quick and efficient.

Was told twice I would not be charged for a cancelled direct debt, I was charged money was taken and when I asked for a refund I heard nothing back.
Made an inquiry and I received a response to my inquiry very quickly.
We are continuously talking to Segpay but none of my problems are getting solved. We even made the UPI payment but still did not get any token. Even after complaining, nothing was done.
I sent an email and they responded within a few hours and helped me resolve my issues

Eine Hilfe waren sie nicht! Ich habe gehofft, dass sie sich mit oldnanny in Verbindung setzen und auf meine mehrmalige Kündigung hinweisen, sadass mindestens die letzte Belastung vom 25. April storniert werden würde. Der Anbieter dieser Webseite hat jedenfalls auf keine meiner Kündigungen reagiert. Ich habe deshalb keine Idee, was ich jetzt noch tun kann. Diese Situation kann aber wohl kaum in ihrem Interesse sein. Deshalb noch einmal meine Aufforderung, sich direkt mit dem Anbieter in Verbindung zu setzen!

There is no way when trying to search stuff that you have the information in front of you. It's hard work to get any information. Wait for feedback and the delays can be very long.
I am being charged every 90 days for something. I don't know what is. I can't find out what it is, but I have to request a cancellation from you guys, which is beyond the belief. This needs to be canceled. Not questioned.
