When there was an issue with one of my orders, they were vary attentive to my concerns. I was vary surprised by their quick responses.
My concern was properly reviewed by the assigned employee. The provided answer was satisfactory.
I just want my $49.35 back for a site I never signed up for or care to. I signed up for the site I wanted for $34.95 and that's it. Then I was double charged. It's really frustrating and I would love to cancel anything connected to these sites. Seems like a scam.
I specifically asked to cancel this account and you guys didn't do it. I'm still being charged.

Terrible double talking website business! I received very minimal help and cooperation from customer service! I kept being told the same thing EVERYTIME I FINALLY got ahold of a live agent... " You need to call your bank for assistance" I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND SEGPAY TO ANYONE I KNOW EXCEPT MY ENEMIES!

I wouldn't give it one star but I had to. I have not been taken care of or refunded the money taken from me even after proving all the necessary paperwork and proof that I got charged after I cancelled the subscription! Very upset and still waiting on my $39.99 refund!
