I call Segpay to obtain my invoice from the purchase ID:*******. I had already called your office previously to obtain it, but I guess I needed to use the term invoice. Despite the use of the term invoice, tentative to delay or change the matter of discussion have been noticed. The mention of falsified information; the fact that I could not know the PO Box office number because it was "classified " information to make my request harder and harder.
You company is the second third party to email me concerning the ending of this subscription… There is many irregularities in my credit dossier with multiple institutions. I have changed credit cards many times and I should not have to counter argument your employees for a document of which I am entitled by law.
