I was okay with the experience however if the affirm card which you sent me would have been less of a hazzle to use I would have purchased the bed topper that I really wanted. I purchased what I could pay for cash.

I want to return my previous purchase of a truck cover and no one has gotten back to me or sent me a Fedex return label as they said they would. I spoke with two individuals and both said a return label would be e-mail to me for my previous purchase. Still waiting for a reply.

I wanted to place an order with an actual person and was pleased that I was able to do this over the phone and the guy who took my order, Don, was so nice and accommodating and my purchase was nothing but a smooth transaction. Nowadays you're lucky to get a human on the phone and it's nice to see a company that still values the personable customer experience.

Got pointed to this business from a friend who had purchased from them before. Found the website fairly user friendly but not totally... the convenience of the online chat and speed of response from the company representative was outstanding. The knowledge and helpfulness of the associate helping me made the purchase of a new bed cover a comfortable choice.

Only complaint was that I had to send a personal email to my sales rep because I never got a sales confirmation email, yes I checked my spam folder and verified they had the correct email. But my rep was able to email a pdf copy directly to me.

I waited 2 months for my bedcover after being told I would have it before Christmas. I have 20 emails and countless phone calls trying to get the cover. As of today I'm told I will have to wait 12 to 16 weeks for the cargo manager. Out of all of your people I've had to deal with only 2 could make anything happen. Steve Betts was the best. David Reed also helped. Take a look at all the emails and and maybe tidy up your company.

I needed a step for my pickup Amp-*******-1a. It has been hard to find lately, I got on the chat with a real truck representative, he found the step and sent me a payment link The process took just minutes and the step shipped out the next day. It arrived 4 days later and I installed it easily. I will definitely be a return customer.
