I was skeptical that I would locate running boards for my 13-year-old 2012 Tacoma with 62 K miles. I merely typed in the description, and I was taken right to the Real Truck site where I was welcomed by virtual assistant, Morgan C. I needed an installation for a tonneau cover that I took off my old truck. Real Truck salesperson did a great job getting me setup with just the install kit and all the associated nuts and bolts necessary to re-install it. Worked like a champ!

Purchased 2 items. Purchased insurance ( sold as hassle free return and replacement). Hood deflector was broken in half I called Real Truck immediately upon delivery. They told me they have nothing to do with it as I purchased insurance contact them. I contacted insurance carrier and they refused to pay enough money to re-purchase the part again and advised me to call back real truck and speak with somebody there. After an hours worth of being on hold and dealing with both places, real truck did send another pot and I did not have to pay any additional money. Nothing but a hassle. In my opinion NEVER buy insurance.

Ordered my product on Monday and by Friday still had heard nothing as far as shipping or tracking information. Called the company. Still they cannot report when the product would be shipped. She said sometimes it takes 6 to 8 weeks. Would that being said I canceled the order.
Only reason this was not a 5 star was issues with the chat. Seemed every time they did not want to adress the issue they just dropped the chat. First one had no idea what she was doing kept telling me they did not carry a specific item yet I provided a screen shot then they dropped. Another person came on and almost immediately dropped when I said I was looking for a price match on an item. Had to provide information 3 times but the last person to help me was a rock star and Realtruck matched the price I was asking about. Trust these folks and was glad I was able to get a great product at a great price. Thank you.
I chatted with support to make sure it fit my 2024 Chevy Colorado Trail Boss and they assured me it would. It doesn't fit! Once I got it installed the two bulk head corners left 1/2 inch gaps into the bed of the truck. I tried moving it to fit but nothing worked. Now I have to improvise something to get gasket to fit snugly. The rail gasket protruded about two inch on the tailgate end. Had to hammer it back into place. There was an excessive mount of metal shaving left on it from the manufacturer and I got a minor cut from them! The installation instructions were vague and not specific to my model/trim. Not worth the 1200 I paid.
I was ordering a tonneau cover for my brand new GMC Sierra 1500. I needed it to arrive by Friday(this was wednesday morning) as I was taking a trip, with rain in the forecast. I found the Tuxedo cover I wanted and reached out to Real Truck through the website chat. They confirmed what warehouse it could be pulled from closet to my house. Of course, they cannot control UPS or Fed Ex, but they did everything they could to process the order immediately and not ship from Montana (exaggeration). I received my new cover Thursday afternoon and installed it in plenty of time for my trip. Super thankful!
I was having trouble finding a bed cover that would work with carry racks for my Toyota Tacoma. After hours of research on many sites I called RealTruck and solved my problem in less that an hour. I worked with a very knowledgeable sales tech who knew why I was having trouble, listened to my questions, and offered solutions. I bought based on his advise and very pleased with my choice.
I went online to ask a couple of questions and the gal I spoke to answered them quickly and the order process also went quickly. I have not received my order and is expected in 2 days form my order. Let see how good Fed Ex is?
When you pay less than half for an item you kind of expect it not to be perfect. I ordered some running boards for my E350 cutaway. A lot of reviews were whining about the directions, but they weren't any worse than any others and overall they were fine. You just got to use your head. If you were not very mechanically inclined, you might have an issue, but it wasn't a problem for me. They're a little bit on the flimsy side. The mount brackets are beefy, definitely not the prettiest welds I've ever seen. But at less than half the price, I'm thinking they're just fine. They will suit my purpose. I would definitely buy them again if needed. Shipping was super fast. I was surprised!
I like the BAKflip so much that this is my 3rd one on a 2007 Toyota Tacoma. The first one was destroyed in an accident and the second one lasted 10 years. The Tacoma is a Survey field truck and the BAK goes open and closed many times a day. I think most of the damage is from sitting outside when it snows 2' and a few freeze-thaw cycles. I like it better than a shell as it allows me to haul motorcycles and other large items.
I texted customer service about what I may need. Through pictures I sent, they informed me of the parts I needed and even placed the order for me. All I had to do was click a link and make my payment. They made it extremely easy for me to get what I needed. Great experience!

I needed what I thought was a pretty obscure for my truck's bed cover. I called Realtruck and they had the part. It was easy to work with the salesperson on the phone, He seemed very knowledgeable. I'll shop Realtruck in the future.

I have called the number below and I do not get anyone. It gives me silence on any selection. Then I called your extension. No answer, leave a message. I did not. I tried the chat mode — not a person and only a promise to get back in touch in 1-3 DAYS! Impossible.
I'm livid. Send me a return code and credit me the refund. At this point, I want nothing to do with real truck, so please have a supervisor or manager contact me.
