Order your ionic series 51 black running boards. They were to be shipped in 1 to 2 day, After one week I called you, I was on hold for 1 hour before I got a person. They checked and there was a six plus week delay in shipping. I asked for you to sent the brite running boards which you had in stock. I got switched from dept. to dept., with no results Next day talked to a person named Mimi, she got thing in order. The cost difference between the black and brite is about $5.00. End story whitch is a long story between returns and reordering I lost about $20.00 plus. This comes down to you stated, running boards would be shipped in 1 to 2 days. Back orders do happen, you should have help a customer a lot better then you did. Not happy about this runaround I went through. I my be doing my shopping elsewhere. Thanks for getting this of my chest.

I've got a 2015 F150 crewcab. I had questions about the rear ladder bar fitting into the "new" style, tiny pocket stakes. Sherry worked through my questions and I purchased two and they are on their way.

I loved the cover but unfortunately found out it wouldn't work, since I needed to see my gooseneck hitch with my camera. My experience with Jaquelyn was very good as she tried to salvage the frustration and grief i went through after ordering a product through their customer service that is no longer available. I had to correspond several times with customer service over a 10 day period to find out the product i was waiting on wasn't even available. Now i have to wait to be refunded my money in order to purchase another cover. After all that, you would think that RealTruck would ABSOLUTLEY discount anything i purchased, but low and behold they stated that the product was already discounted and they could not give any additional discount. That being said I am paying what anyone else would pay that ordered teh cover. I am in business and customer service and satisfaction is number one, even if you have to make zero profit to maintain your reputation. NOT good business practice on RealTruck.
I purchased an item after being told it was in stock. Then when the email came back about waiting on manufacturer update. I responded back questioning why they said it was in stock. And I was supposed to receive them this week. No response back
It was good. The price matched the dealer cost for me. Although it looks like it went on sale later the same day. Shame on me for not waiting and explains why they were happy to give me the discounted price. I'm still happy with the product. They are the best in my opinion. Had the X4 revolver on the last GMC for 7 yrs. Performed excellently!
I placed my order via phone with agent. I received a confirmation email. Waited, waited, waited for order. I then received a survey request, never having received anything. I called a customer service number, was transferred two or three times and finally got a representative who told me my order hadn't gone through because of lack of payment. My name was misspelled on the order and i assume that is the reason. The correction was made, order reprocessed with confirmation of payment.
03/18/25 Great experience with Andrew the customer service representative. He assured me that the cover would fit my 2025 Tacoma Xtracab. I should get it within 4 days and hope it will fit. They have a guarantee it will fit or return it for free with a money back guarantee.
