I am a prime member at Amazon, shipping is included for prime member. Obviously you tried to keep all the money first. When I complained via Amazon first you gave $24.17 out of $80.58 back, then I called Amazon and one week later pool Zoom gave another $34.53 back. So what you are trying to do exactly? Maybe pool zoom expects customer give up and forget about their money? Now you still have to refund me another $21.88. I have already opened a dispute with my credit card. I continue following up until I get all my money back.
I asked them if the parts that I am ordering are correct for my pump they said NO, I asked to cancel. Next day they send the part and they say return is but we will just give you partial refund. If this is not fraud and thief I do not what it is.
Ordered a wrong part, immediately realized. Sent cancellation, sent second with invoice once generated, sent me notice next day can't cancel an order once tag created. Tried to explain FedEx has number just for that. Contacted charge not even in system yet, contacted FedEx we need to hear from them. Found local outlet they do business with as wholesale distributor, 22 miles away, can't help has to come from them. Called back asked for manager asked if working from home or office. Argued put me on hold and 3 seconds hung up, multiple attempts to resolve. Now instead of charging more they get no sale and an unhappy zoommpool supply customer, they are in Texas y'all. Strongly advise checking prices and shop another vendor not customer oriented company in my opinion.
Absolute worst online buying experience! Steer clear of this company. They don't answer the phone, Email responses are a canned message. I would rate this company below 1 star if I could.
If you have people out there that you don't like, suggest this company to them!

I am sorry about any issues that you have had. I do agree that we have had some major issues with contacting us over the past few months. The online side of the pool industry has never been so busy until Covid-19 hit as everyone began ordering their products from home. We have heard the complaints and have changed our phone system as we found our call queue was not working the way it was supposed to. We have also been hard at work to work on catching up on these emails as well as we had over 5k emails at our highest point and there is only a small crew of us. I ordered a Hayward high flow 1.5 hp pool pump and paid for it. Pool zoom states that the pump will arrive on the 16 th of July two weeks later. When I finally get to day 16 the pump never arrives so I call. There warehouse in which they say sooty it has not shipped yet. So later that day they said it will go out and arrive on Monday the 20 th. It does arrive then I call back and they said sorry that pump is now out that they no longer sell that pump, this company continues to lie over and over. Stay away from this company. They continue to lie to you over and over. They have the worse service. Poor business practice. All they did is hold my money and never delivered nothing. Beware of this company.

Terrible service. Called numerous times to check on order that kept stating online was still not shipped. No one answers phone or emails. Cancelled order after receiving overnite from other company and was told already processed, then received it and could not even return for a refund.

I bought the turtle pool sweeper. It does not work right. When I reached out to them, I got nothing back from them. I am still paying on a hunk of junk and I will never buy from them again!

Ordered a product from this company and then they did not send the product out. They talked about a 3rd party overseer and asked for more information. I tried calling and could not get through. I tried responding to emails and could not get through. I'm in the pool industry and If I treated my customers this way I would be out of business. There are many companies out there that appreciate your business this is not one of them. I never right bad reviews but this company has upset me soo much that I just had to. Don't even waste your time.

My husband didn't look at the reviews. He order a part for our pool they charged our card but never email us a tracking number. He's been calling to see about when it's coming they never pick up the phone how is the place allowed to do Business my next call is to the attorney generals office and better business bureau.

I wish I would have read the other review before buying from them. Their website says they take returns, but I have been waiting over a month for a refund, and they are charging a 25% restocking fee. I don't even know if they sell anything themselves- for the pool handrail I purchased, they are just a middleman.
They do not honor their own return authorizations and deny having received back product despite valid ups return of shipping notification.
Cancelled my order after almost two weeks of holding my money. Reason was the product had no in stock date from manufacturer and would simply take to long to deliver. After contacting the manufacturer myself they said in fact no it's the normal 5 day turnaround. Letting poolzoom know they completley changed their story to freight cost increased. Now they said they would keep my order only if I paid freight costs of $635. The entire freight cost. Not the amount it increased by. Honesty goes a long way. Instead I got fed lies and tried to be gouged. Horrible company
Pool Zoom sent the product in a timely manner. However, we needed to return the item which had not even been opened. It was a $345 item, so although they did take it back, they took off for shipping (which I totally understand) but also a 10% restocking fee of $34.60. So, whatever you do, do not buy any item you think might have to be returned because you will lose your $. Crooks! My item was perfectly fine to resell.
They are also very hard to get a hold of! Leave a message with returns dept and they NEVER call you back. You have to call again and again to try to reach someone to get an RMA number to even do a return.
The item didn't arrive even within a week of their stated date. And they had the nerve to ask for a review BEFORE I got the product. When I tried to contact them, they never responded. When I did receive it, it didn't come with all the "parts". Still can't get in touch with them. Also, when I tried to "review" them via the email they sent, it wouldn't "keep" the review... maybe because it was a one star rating?!
I recently used Pool Zoom for the 1st time. I was unsure of the part I needed so customer service offered to do some research and get back to me. They emailed me the next day and I placed my order. Delivery of my order was exactly on the date anticipated and the part(s) were exactly what I needed to complete my Spring start up project.
Worst experience ever. I ordered the floating umbrella 2 weeks ago, they don't email about my order, they cancel it but fail to refund my money. I call and the guy says it was not completely canceled just on hold. So I tell he I want the item but don't want to be charged again. He tells me I won't be charged again, we'll the was false. They charge me again and I call again. Now a lady tried to tell me I was refunded. All I wanted was the umbrella for our pool. I will not be ordering from this place again

Answer: The availability of the part versus buying the complete unit. The price was right for this hard to find part.
