Service can not be topped. Employee was very helpful in making sure I was stratified. Product arrived in twenty four hours.
Received my order and three of my bags of shock had been punctured and shock was all in the box. Everything else was good.

Thank you for the review. We were really hit hard this summer due to Covid. The season had started early, and carriers were not ready for it. This caused major delays with orders. At the same time we were having issues with our phone systems. Since summer has ended and we have been able to work on catching back up we have implemented much needed changes to the company so that issues like that will not happen again. Our focus is to provide the best customer service we can.

I received my Hayward Control Valve sooner than expected. I replaced my old leaking valve the next day and it solved the problem, It was easy to install and the new control valve works better than the old valve ever worked. If your control valve is leaking or hard to turn, order a new Hayward control vale from PoolZoom; you will be glad you did.

They sent me the wrong item, and now want me to pay for return shipping. I have called them twice and explained the problem. They don't care and eventually hung up on me. So I am stuck with the product or have to pay return shipping to get a partial refund. Terrible customer service. Don't ever order anything from them

The parts arrived quickly but were the wrong size. Advertised by Hayward (the manufacturer) as the standard size for all H series pumps, heaters and filters, but doesn't fit the Hayward H400 gas pool heater. Coordinating the return now.

Bad business, do not use them, I submitted order and it was expected in 3-4 days, only way I could contact we by email and they did not ship it yet. Now it may arrive in 12 days if I am lucky,
Called for advise on what all I would need and man I spoke with was super knowledgeable! I even had to call back 10 minutes later because the seal kit he told me to order was out of stock. Off the top of his head he told me the exact part number of each seal to search for on their site to add to my cart. Received my order 4 days sooner than original expected delivery date here in Ky. I'm sorry to see others had problems, but I'll be a repeat customer for sure!
