Pinkyparadise claim shipping is free, it is not.

Received package, but had to pay tax, handling. +35USD.

Pinkyparadise customer service claim they said something in the sales terms... But they say free shipping.

As an answer they say the can not handle this, but PinkyParadise choose to not register for VOEC.

This is tricking customers!

They are not VOEC (vat on e-commerce) registered by choice. If they registered they could truly say they have free shipping and the customer would know the total cost.

Got an answer below from shop 6th of Nov -24: Answer looks AI generated: I wrote it was tax and handling charges. Still they write to inform me it is tax? You couldn't make up this stuff on bad customer service. Then they continue to mansplain to me that tax is out of their control; As I wrote they chose to do it; they do not enlist to the VOEC register, which would give then to tax. Again spending time, explaining their ignorance on tax and handling. There are 3000 registered companies that manages what PinkyParadise is not able to do...

Of course this is a corporate strategy to trick their customers.
Customer consideration? Not registering for VOEC increases the cost for the customer due to needing to pay PinkyParadise currier to handle tax, which would be cheaper if PinkyParadise organized it from the beginning...

PinkyParadise is the best store to get contacts from! I personally only need colored lenses for cosplays. I ordered "Super Violet". The lenses popped up on my dark brown eyes very nicely! They covered them super well. Customer Service was amazing! My post office delivered the package to the wrong address and offered to send me another one. I will definitely be buying from PinkyParadise again! #*******

Their lenses are very comfortable and I can wear the lenses for hours without any issues.
Customer service is very helpful and will help you with any questions you have.
In the pictures you can see me wearing a yellow (lunar earth yellow) and a red (super bright red) pair.

I love the lunar earth coloured lenses as they can give your cosplay an anime like vibe and I love it!
Although in my experience they do move around a bit so I have to re adjust them from time to time but other than that I love them!

I find their lenses to be more comfortable than a competitor's I was using. I have sensitive eyes, so I was glad that thier lenses are more flexible and not super think, but still cover my dark brown eyes. I love the specials they have too, like mystery lenses, though the only downside is that when you get a mystery pai, they are not labeled, so you may not know the name if you love it and want another pair. I'm wearing Cyberdoll Blue now and getting compliments.

I've inquired with this dropshipping company and they had me put XOXO123 on my fb bio to confirm that it was really me. I did just that and did not get any response. I emailed twice more to follow up yesterday, but still no response. Very unprofessional! If my fb was actually hack in reality, I think that that way verification that they had me do is pointless. The lesson of this is good thing I didn't settle for less. A responsive company should always be on your top list because a business isn't fully successful without excellent communication.

I absolutely love these. The shipping is wierd and I always pay for the Express. Once it hits the us it quits tracking but that's okay because it gets to me a few days later. I need prescription and wow are these perfect. The color pops and I have dark brown eyes. I'm a cosplayer and now I cant ever imagine cosplaying without them. Pinky Paradise has amazing contacts from everything in between crazy colours to natural looks. The lenses I use are so easy to put in as well and they don't hurt at all, such as my other lenses. I myself am not a pro when it comes to lenses, I usually spend maximum 10 minutes maybe, to get one lens on. But the ones I use from Pinky Paradise are soft and easy which only takes me half the time I usually use on the other brands I have.

Their lenses look so good with all kinds of lighting and are very comfortable to wear. I recommend them to everyone who are interested in coloured contacts!

I ordered my lenses and paid extra for express shipping (4-7 days) and it still took a month. They refuse to refund the additional shipping charges I paid and won't even let me return my contacts without paying MORE SHIPPING. The event I needed the contacts for passed, and now I have lenses I paid extra for. I used to buy with them but this experience makes me feel like I am not valued as a customer. Their products are good, but I I very disappointed with their service.
