Pinky Paradise are amazing! I live in Australia and have ordered multiple sets of lenses from them for cosplay, halloween and cosmetic purposes. The lenses have all been amazing and the the one pair that was damaged, they replaced for free. They are friendly and always send cute free lens case which I appreciate.

I cannot say enough good things about them! I also really like that you can see real life pictures of people wearing their lenses on their website and facebook page. Which is good for seeing what the lenses look like on different coloured eyes.

First time I ever found Pinky Paradise I was intrigued, they have a variety of lenses among other products. For years I have been a loyal customer. Their lenses are fantastic quality the customer service is impeccable. I particularly enjoy their yearly colored lenses. They're extremely comfortable, I wear them all day every day.

I've been purchasing my lenses here for a few years now. They have a wide selection in the cutest colors and styles! I've had no issues with shipping or customer service either. Pinky's the only place with lenses that don't bother my eyes and they even ask for proof of your eye prescription.

( order #*******) this was my second order and I had gotten seven lenses. They all came with animal cases! And express shipping was free from my total! From Malaysia to USA east coast it came in only FOUR days! Legit insane! Everything came in a super sturdy styrafoam packing thank god. Ive been following this site for over a decade and finally being able to order was more than I expected!

I have ordered several lenses and all pairs have been extremely comfortable. I have tried a few different brands although most have been about 14mm in diameters. Despite the size, I have been able to wear them for 8-10 hours without any irritation.

I appreciate that they have other customers reviews with photos underneath to show how the colour appears on different coloured eyes. This is especially helpful when ordering a lens colour that is similar to the models eye colour.

Most lenses have a good pigmentation and cover my dark eyes. They are pretty clear about which ones are less vivid which helps me to avoid getting lenses that I am disappointed with.

All lenses come with a case, which is a nice little touch. The cases are cute animals which is bonus.

I haven't order anything recently with the canada post strike happening but typically my orders had arrived within a week which was surprising.

This website may use to be good but not anymore. So where do I even start?! So... when I first ordered from their website they told me I still haven't paid even though I did. I even had the receipt for my order. So I contacted them. And after few days they tell me there was some problem and will ship my order after they process it. And then comes the problem with my actual package. It's been over a month since I have ordered but I still haven't gotten my package. I emailed them multiple times... and each time they have a different excuse. So I emailed them once more before writing this review and waiting for a reply. Right now I can't even open a dispute with PayPal since it's has been too long. Oh forgot to mention one other thing, they decided to process my payment after I opened a dispute with them for the payment. Anyway, if they don't do anything I will be short of $66. I am really disappointed. If there was an option for 0 stars... that's what this company deserves.

I've been ordering from pinky paradise for about the last four years and I really can say I've never been disappointed, their site layout is really good compared to other places I've tried to orderer from and it doesn't give you that sketchy "I'm just a pop up Halloween contact site that will be gone in a month" vibe. Their customer service is really good and tracking your contacts is also really easy on here, they've also got super cute contact cases that come with every pair or contacts and the wigs they sell are pretty cute. I really would recommend pinky paradise if your looking for a really legitimate contact seller. 5/5

Pinky Paradise is THE website I recommend buying coloured contacts; I've relied on them for the past 6 years, and continue to do so because of their care with the product. They also give us freebies! Shipping can take a little while though and prices can be up there, but overall I can't think of any other place I'd buy my coloured contacts.

There are no words for how awesome these lenses are; I love everything about them and can't think of a single problem I've had with this company.
I was nervous about getting prescription contacts online because I have two different prescriptions, but every pair I have gotten from PinkyParadise fits so well that I don't feel the contacts in at all! I've never had an issue with shipping and they come in a timely manner; I've never waited more than a week and a half for my lenses. They look amazing for both cosplays and everyday wear. If you are looking for a pair of beautiful colored lenses, go with PinkyParadise!
