I had an extremely disappointing experience with Contact Lens King and will never do business with them again. For years, they fulfilled my contact lens orders without issue, even with an expired prescription. Then suddenly, they refused to process my order, citing the same expired prescription they had ignored since 2022.
What made the situation worse was their complete lack of communication. Not once during those two years did they notify me that my prescription needed updating. This inconsistency left me scrambling to secure a new prescription when they abruptly denied my order. To make matters worse, customer service was dismissive, rude, and offered no solution to help me in this urgent situation.
Thankfully, I went to VisionWorks, where I received excellent service, a new prescription, and my contact lenses promptly. I cannot say the same for Contact Lens King. Their poor communication, inconsistent enforcement of policies, and horrible customer service made it clear that they do not value their customers.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. Save yourself the frustration and take your business to a more reliable provider like VisionWorks or other reputable optical retailers.

Price is low but be advised they do not stand behind delivery. When my latest order didn't arrive, they sent me UPS tracking number and said I was on my own to investigate with them. I have order over $3k over past two years for the family and will never order from them again.

Unfortunately, UPS closed the investigation due to showing proof it was delivered and signed for at your address. Due to this information, we are unable to reopen the investigation as they would come back with the same result. The order was delayed 2.5 weeks due to 2 of the 3 contacts ordered being out of stock. We did not receive notice of this until a week after delivery. This is the second time this happened and we plan to shop elsewhere next time despite having ordered from them for years.

Contact Lens King is a classic "bait and switch." They advertise contact lenses for a heavily-discounted price -- then when you go through checkout, they add a "processing fee" that nearly doubles the price. My final price for 10 boxes of contacts started at $237 then jumped to $455. The website explains the processing fee with a long, convoluted explanation about trying to generate "increased traffic" to their website. This is pure scam.
This has been the worst experience with customer service ever. I have had issues shipping my contacts twice now and Contact Lens King refuses to refund me for the package lost in the mail. They also are telling me they can not do business with me anymore and refuse to help the situation in any way possible. Even to let me purchase another box. I'm going to dispute the charges with my bank. Truly the poorest quality customer service I have ever had to deal with.
Have to call because online will not let me order one lens only. They usually give me 10% discount. Am 94 today so even a 3 month supply is chancy. Always feel good when I call and the box arrives promptly

Contact Lens King has served me well for several years now! Although prices from emails I receive are generally rather high, if I do a Google search for my contact brand, I can find lower prices through your same website that are overall quite reasonable. Shipping is always relatively fast, and without issues. Thank you!
This order was different from other times due to a glitch with the manufacturer. It took much longer than expected. But when I would call in to check on the status the customer service personnel were very helpful!

Totally hassle free. Ordered, asked a question, got a quick answer. Product arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Exact same package as I would get at the doctors office. Expiration date way off into the future.
I have a little concern - the order shows this as Acuvue Oasys for AsTigmatism, however, the link I clicked on to order is for Acuvue Oasys For Astigmatism w/ Hydraclean Plus, and that is what I want - If that is not what you will ship, please cancel before processing.
Your prices are quite good, despite having increased substantially in a year. Nevertheless, please show the actual prices, including all your fees, which are really just additional profit, up front. Do not break out the fake processing fees, but include all in one price. It is much too hard to compare with other companies this way.
The lenses I received expire the same time as lenses I purchased well over a year ago. Granted it isn't till 2025 and I will use them, but something to consider if you don't wear your contacts all that often.
HI Amanda. We do apologize, we do order all of our lenses directly from the manufactures. We cannot request specific expiration dates from them and can only send out what they do provide to us.

They were given false information from my Optometrist's office that my prescription was expired and contacted me immediately and we took care of it right then and my order was not delayed. And... they followed up with me to make sure I got my order and that everything was OK. Thank u Contact Lens King. Made my shopping experience and confidence in them. Compared many companies before I ordered my contact lens. Price here is very reasonable even after adding the processing fees. They emailed me the shipping info the second day and I received my item within a week! Highly recommend!

Ordering was easy. Customer service was friendly and helpful. There was no hidden costs, and after a lot of searching, Contact Lens King had the best price. They had to check my script with the Dr., which takes time. Considering that, I still received my order sooner than I expected.
Answer: Price. I wish I had checked product review sites because they have excellent reviews overall. The one I chose first had a very slightly lower price but the experience was horrible and I had to cancel my order. Their overall reviews reflect this kind of service.
