Im satisfied in the easiness of the process from ordering to getting my insurance refund. But i was a bit disappointed in the glasses. I ordered edge polishing and it looks like the machine was skipping or missing spots along the edge as well as the lenses and frames were covered in glass dust i assume.
This was my third time ordering eyeglasses from EZContacts. I find their ordering process logical and orderly (e.g., you simply work through and complete each step before finally ordering). I really like the Polo brand, and know that EZContacts has a full range of Polo eyeglass frames to choose from. This time, I discovered that the Polo frame that I usually order was recently discontinued, so I browsed their current Polo selection and found a similar, yet better Polo eyeglass frame! My glasses arrived in a timely manner and everything was packaged nicely. I'm please with the customer experience, and plan on continuing to order my eyeglasses from EZContacts. Com
My local eyeglass store wanted to charge me $600 for the same pair of glasses that I got from EzContacts for about $175. My old pair of glasses had broke and my local store said the turn around time would be 3 weeks which I couldn't wait that long. EZcontacts had them to me in about 7 days.
EZ contacts had the prescribed brand that I was looking for so I don't have to worry about the fit or comfort of a different manufactured lens. Plus I have all the benefits of online shopping including competitive pricing and awesome customer support without compromising my vision.
This was my second time ordering and I will count using them.
Company who doesn't back their products is a company not worth supporting. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Contacts should last longer than a week with the proper cleaning and care and quality of contacts are poor if at best. No exchange or refund given! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

The price was great (even though out of network), they managed the insurance paperwork, and the free shipping is nice. But it took a month to get my order with no proactive status updates from EZContacts, so if you need them fast buy from another company.
The first of 2 boxes I opened are all inside out. I had thrown several away thinking it was my eyes or something I was doing wrong before realizing it was the contacts themselves.

I am in love with my glasses. I had concerns if the item was authentic if it would come in the original case and I'm happy to say I got exactly what I wanted. Authentic Glasses, it came with the proof of authenticity card, original glasses case, glass cleaning cloth and a little dust bag for the glasses. I'm in love with the product I bought because I definitely got my monies worth. Delivery was also on time and was a smooth process. I'm so happy!
I work in construction and sometimes you have to travel without notice. I ordered from the site and days later i had to go from Florida to North Carolina. When this happened i tried contacting for help with my order and offices were closed. Days later support answered but now with package in transit they told me they could help me change the address, only way was making a return. But how was i gonna make a return if i wasnt in the state?. I lost my package the airbnb owner doesn't answer. This could have been prevented.

I Returned some contact lenses and you guys claim that you never received them even though the USPS notified me of the box being delivered back to you that represented a $ 99.95 lost on my behalf

However, you mentioned in this review having the tracking information.

Ordered Gucci sunglasses and Did not like the lens finishing when I received them. Called Customer Service and told them exactly what I was looking for. They provided a free return label and fixed my lenses to my liking. Very pleased!

Wish I just would have gotten plastic polarized glasses from a different website. These worthless things are marketed as being durable but VERY EASILY get little scratches that are painfully obviously wearing the glasses in sunlight

There is always something to improve upon. I love EZContacts. However, you should honor your coupon codes, especially if nothing has changed. Also, you should take our Insurance plans upfront. But, overall, I love EZContacts, even though I paid a higher price than MFG retail suggested. Take care of your customers; they will return year after year!

The shipping of the contacts were rather fast however I have not tried them on you because I still had the packs that I bought when I went to the eye doctor so I can't tell you how to contacts are ye
I received my package damaged, pre opened, all I received was a box with a mirror and invoice. I reached out to your customer service department via your website. I never received a response. I sent an email and it took over 6 days to get a response. I called 3 different times and waited over 40 minutes each time. I ended up hanging up because no one ever answered the phone. After your company finally responded to my email over 6 days later. It still took over about 2 weeks to get a resolution. I had to file an affidavit and your company had the audacity to ask me to pay for expedited shipping for the replacement after all the inconvenience, lack of response and all the nonsense I had to deal with. It was ridiculous. I will never purchase from your company again and make sure everyone I know, goes elsewhere to purchase whatever they may need.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
