I placed an order online on the pick and pay website for groceries to be picked up at a pick and pay that's near me. I was charged twice by them. I've been calling them all day and nobody is assisting me. I called the bank and the bank said it's a pick and pay issue. I'm basically in limbo now because of this. Never will I ever buy from them again. Some of the agents too aren't knowledgeable and cannot speak proper English which makes matters worse!
On Friday I placed An order, it's Saturday I am still waiting. Phoned support So many times telling me the driver is on his way... Bull$#*! terrible service.
Very poor service. There is always an item missing or the store near me goes offline which prevents me from placing an order for several hours. I always tip on the app and give an extra cash tip. One time my order took almost 3 hours. It's not the drivers that's an issue, it's delay in store and the processing of the order. Why call it 60 minutes if you are going to take 2 to 3 hours. Also when you call customer service you can never understand the agents. They don't articulate when they speak making it difficult to understand them.
One of the worst service providers ever especially the one in Kaalfontein as you Wil order today and they will deliver tomorrow or within a couple of hours and this has happened to me a 3 times when you call customer service they will tell you that there is a problem with service provider but still advert it as 60 minutes delivery.
On line shopping is always a risk of not receiving your chosen items. This week I spent over R2k to receive half an order.?Simple items like Bananas (see my attached list no stock!. A missing item was also reimbursed. Then I had to fight to ensure they amended the full payment with my bank. It was only done today. I shall never buy online from them again.
I ordered food from pnp asap bloemfontein. The driver claimed he gave me the food and he didn't. When I ask him he blocked me. I know it's supposed to show on the app when your food has been delivered but it's blank. So I just bought food for the driver. The management is not even helping me they are putting me on hold one of them even ended my calls he never got back to me
Worst service ever! I made a purchase on the pnp asap app at 13:20 and now it's 16:00 and my order still hasn't arrived. The status is stuck on order received ever since! Estimated delivery time was 14:00 and now the time increases every 30 minutes. Now it says I must expect my order from at 16:30-17:00 for an order made at 13:20?
I called the customer services for over an hour and no one picked up. This is the worst service ever. I will never waste my time like this again. Kissed!
Your delivery service is pathetic as well as your Pnp asap call centre. I waited more than 3 hours for my order and when it was finally on it's way items was removed from my cart without allowing me the option to select an alternative. When I called the call centre to cancel my order as nothing in my cart was what I actually wanted I was held on the line for more than 1 hour. I am highly upset with your service.
I visited your liquor store in Montana today and was informed about your special for black label whisky with glasses very professionally after I saw first your higher price without glasses. Frank even visited your main-store to get cola cans for me because they were not available in the liquor store. This was an exceptional service and I thought to bring it to your attention. I waited for more than 3 hours for my order. What's even annoying is, 20 minutes I received an invoice stating that my order is on the way but on the app they still wrapping it up. Called the store responsible for my order (Blue hills Midrand), had to call for about 4 times before my order could even make it to collection on the app. Please do better!
On the 14nth of October 2024 at 16:37 I bought bread at pick n pay Ravenswood, the bb date was 17 October, when I got home the bread didn't look fresh it looked as if it's been there for weeks.
I Just bought groceries at pick and pay maponya mall now, paying at the side of small traullies, then paid a cashier gave the plastics to me to pack my groceries and fold hands couldn't call the next customer waiting for me to finish packing my groceries, what a stinking attitude on a cashier, the service just ruined my day
I am convinced that pick n pay uses the online platforms such as asap and MrD to get rid of old stale and rotting products. They give us rotten eggs and remove BB stamps, rotten smelling meat and vegetables which no one would choose in store.
So i placed an order for my girlfriend today, who was in excruciating pain.
First order was accepted, I later noticed that the most crucial item was marked sold out after I had paid and had the order delivered.
So I made a second order to the same Blackheath Pick n Pay, not only did she wait hours for the delivery but each and every single item was wrong. None of the goods I ordered was there.
How hard can it be to read an order and pick the correct items on the shelf in your shop. I will never shop at a pick n pay ever again and will make sure I broadcast the atrocious service and bull $#*! experience you offer.
The cherry on the cupcake was the call made to the customer center who told me to write an email for a refund. Well, here's your "email"
And keep that money with your goods.

First time in years I'm experiencing this! The driver called and said he cant find my address his returning my good to the store as they only paying him for a certain mileage, he marked the order as delivered I have paid and not received my goods, called the customer help desk said they will reschedule my delivery... my first call was at 10:02, nothing tried calling again 12:32 still nothing tried again 14:17 still nothing asked for a refund they didn't refund me or brought me my goods!
I ordered at 16:20.12 Dec 2023. I have had 2 messages saying I was not available. It's never been collected. Now 18:13. They need to refund me. I will never use this service again.

PnP offers very poor service when comes to delivery, it's either they are late or deliver wrong parcel then take forever to respond to your mail. I orders yesterday and they delivered wrong parcel, I sent it back and up until now haven't heard from then and no delivery has been made. Meaning I've to drive to lay a complaint by the store of which I paid delivery for my parcel but they just don't care. That's my very last time using PnP app. I'll try checkers at least they do not outsource their transporters. I'm annoyed

If you're thinking of giving pick n pay the benefit of doubt, don't! Unless you don't mind waiting +2hrs going on 3 for an order that is still being packed or unless you enjoy being put on hold with no assistance. 60 seconds delivery is a scam. Extremely disappointed.
I started making calls an hour after I had ordered.
