So I waned to try out Pick n Pay's online grocery delivery, not good at all. U don't know what u buying weight wise when u want to order mince meat or any any other meat product priced by weight. On their app they give u an estimated weight between for example 800g-1.4kg. No small meat packages availabe on the app for delivery, only the larger ones. This forces u to rather go and do the physical shopping yourself as one don't want to always buy bulk, especially if u only two people in the household. Also the price looks very inflated on the delivery app, hence I'm sure it's still much cheaper to rather purchase the old way, going into the shop yourself, not good.
R 21.99 paid for Ham, Cheese & Tomato Panini's@ Musgrave Mall Durban. Had to eat it with vey few salad, 1 slice of Ham and 1 slice of Tomato... It was packed to display the contents; but to find out that it had basically no Salad, Ham or Tomato. Except for the Cheese, it was an "empty shell".
What a rip-off. My dogs had a better lunch... Shame on you Pick n Pay Musgrave! Bad experience. Can't trust you Deli...

Your promo on the pick and pay sim card processing has now been taking a week and now the no is totally disconnected. The cost to me as a customer has been about R200 in calls to your customer care line. Have been a patron a P&P for most of my life very frustrating and disappointed
We ordered online for our elderly family in South Africa. We were charged the full amount on our credit card. However they were able to deliver only half of the items on our shopping list. The invoice that came with the groceries were half the initial order cost, yet we were charged the full amount. Very disappointing to discover that 3 items on the list to the value of R200 were actually not inclucded in the delivery. We tried to contact them by phone, needless to say we gave up after listening to music for an hour. An email was sent, no reply yet. We will never ever make use of their services again.
Picknpay ASAP BLOEMFONTEIN has the most horrible very bad service. I waited for 5hours for food to be delivered. ThePicknPay App is bad, you can't trace the Shopping, nothing it's so bad, always no drivers available, they not reliable be careful always check out your grocery also
PnP Cresta advertised (with smartshopper) R22 for PNP milk on the shelves (and on website). I paid R28.99 for the milk and was told that the special only starts at 14:00 because someone made a mistake on the system... should be easy enough to log into the system and fix it, but it is easier ripping the customers off with R7. Then had to wait for a payment machine as they were offline, and the ladies walk back and forth with the card machine avoiding eye contact in case they have to assist. Then finally someone comes to assist and she manually types in the amount we owed, but does not want to show me the amount that was typed in and insists on handling the card herself to tap... seriously time to shop somewhere else.
Placed my order Sunday at 15H15. Got delivery time changed 3 times and the fourth time for Monday.
No customer service over weekend only during week working hours. You cannot cancel the order on app and when I cancelled the order this morning Monday I have to wait up to 10 days for a refund. First time and last time I use ASAP. Sixty Sixty Checkers is amazing. Order no UID*******
I have done an online order, which was an absolute disaster. After i have received my order times 3, i requested my refund. I was promised a refund within 7 days. It has been more than 3weeks later, and no response from Pick and Pay. What do we need to do to get feedback?
I could give 0 if I could! If it's not items constantly suddenly being out of stock after checkout and not being able to put alternatives it's them charging delivery for every order you have to place again when rectifying their mistakes and trying to order something else or it's having to wait for your order for hours with no communication with what's going on! The last straw for me was waiting for my order for 2hours when the nearest branch is like 5 minutes away only to call customer service and be told that my order was taken back to the store for whatever reason, while I was still waiting here but i was assured that a driver is being assigned and will have my order before the store closes, next thing I know I receive a "your order was cancelled" notification out of the blue! I want my money back and I'm deleting this time, money and energy wasting app! Rather save yourself from any frustration and opt for any other delivery app really or Checkers60 as I've never gone through such stress and uncertainty with them! PnP ASAP is such a circus, a costly circus at that, sies!
The $#*!test app in the world. The app NEVER EVER works. It takes me 3 hours just to get onto the site. Then if I do manage to actually order and pay for my delivery only half if I'm lucky gets to my home.
The drivers are filthy and tacky looking as well.
My order was delivered short by Pick 'n Pay ASAP on 6th April '22 - Its now June...: x2 Butro 500g; x1 Tussers Cheese 800 g and Hot cross buns - missing from my delivery - although I was charged.
After literally 10 phone calls; 7 emails - I still don't have a refund.
What an absolute disgrace - by the way Pick 'n Pay we call this in layman's terms blatant THEFT!

We used the Online store, for our companies monthly kitchen supplies. We collected it at the Paarden Eiland pick up point. We were charged in full but were 3x 6pck of milk short. The kettle is also not working correctly. I have emailed multiple times, called multiple times, a man called Cams from Online customer care was so rude. Its now been a week and still no call, no reply to my emails. How is PNP online still doing business?

The next day, monies are credited...and am notified that due to no stock, my order has been cancelled

Calling their client service on Sunday was useless.Sent an email today before 9am, 29th November re the debit...no response whatsoever
So basically, pnp has my money...and I have nothing ordered from them
And their staff have a "$#*! you" attitude to me trying to get nearly R1,500 back
I ordered my son's soya milk from them yesterday they dint diliver and mangers are rude but if my sons diabetes gets worse I'm going to show them bcs I did get him his weekly milk and bcs of pnp he does not have it. Management treats people like slaves or servent. Pearl Klaas

You mess up 2 of my orders requiring refunds which you decide to put in a wallet and not refund me. I have to do all the work to process the refund and 2 weeks later you are still sitting with R900 of my money in your bank account earning interest? How unethical is that? Your eft link doesn't work. Broken commitments from your staff. I really don't know what to do next? All I do know is you will never complete *******@checkers Sixty 60 and you have lost me as a customer and anyone else who will listen to me.

You whatsapp them nothing, I specifically ordered online because I am doing an online course, yet I have had to stop studying for this pick n pay. I have called 7 times, nobody gets back to me. Absolutely disgusting service

Highly dissapointed in Pnp. I placed an order for delivery on Saturday Evening so my parents in JHB would recieve groceries early. The entire Sunday I had to sit sending emails and call the call center. Same story ever time. Delivery showed between 10 and 11. App showed goods have been delivered. Called my mom who has disabilities to go downstaires for her parcel. Pnp was not there. This happened 3 times, and 3 times I had to call customer support. 3 times my mom had to go downstairs for nothing. I ordered her ready to eat food so she does not have to cook. Eventually customer service offered to refund me.
They send me an email saying that the refund failed 3 times! Recieved another email today to send my banking details. Still waiting for a refund.
I will never recommend using pnp app for deliveries. It's not worth the headache. Soon as I get my refund, I'm uninstalling.
If I could rate it zero I would order items yesterday afternoon and still never recieve items better to use checkers 60 because there delivery is always on time never a time where you delivered on time I could not make supper because of your incompetence Call centre is useless you would end up wasting all your airtime before speaking to anymore No point emailing because of no response Can't cancel your order on the app Worst service ever
I received a very bad service I ordered 2× Johnson baby jelly but got 2X Johnson baby sops on the 25 of October, I've called several times even spoke to a supervisor, sent emails still haven't got my refund.
Answer: Pick n Pay online has helped me feed myself when I was sick and it has also helped my elderly mother. I am able to shop remotely
