The chicken Braai pack and Rotisserie chicken from Pick n Pay (Tshwane Mall) are completely disgusting and health hazardous, they don't care when exactly they package their meat, it's beyond stale and honestly I suggest they get new staff or managers who actually care about customers because they're destroying their own company name 0/100 rating from me.
I am highly frustrated with the PNP ASAP app, firstly they send me a promo cod BACKAGAIN50, I use it, the app accepts the code, then I had R79.99 in my wallet, the app took that asa form of payment, so I was directed to pay for the balance of my order, I accepted the balance due to be deducted from my credit card, next thing a message pops up, your order has been cancelled, I did not cancel it, my funds in my wallet is gone, the code cannot be used again and the items remain in my shopping cart, this is pathetic because I have sent emails and not one response, to add injury to the wound, when registering my credit card on the app, it deducted R1.00 from my FNB card twice and R1.00 3x from my Woolies credit card, do I pd R5 before my card details were accepted, a money making scheme, we don't have these issues with checkers or Woolies
I had really bad experience with Southdale Pick n pay, I bought food using my own money but every time I'm having rotten food, first I bought fish fingers they were off when I try sending back the cashier and supervisor where so rude to me last week I bought vianna from the very same shop after 4 days I couldn't eat them because they where rotten, I might as well change shop because I'm miss using my money and I'm getting bad thing from Southdale I so wish they can check their food for the good of the customer because this is bad service.
Placed an order around 12pm and it was meant to be delivered around 15h00 been waiting next thing app says it will be delivered tomorrow this is not the first time this happens such an inconvenience.
Pick and Pay have the fake virus police on standby to force you to wear a mask that does not stop any supposed viruses for a pandemic that does not exist and force you to put $#*! on your hands to "sanitize" you for again virus that does not exist and this sanitiser and the mask damages your health!

I am so disappointed in Pick n Pay that I am of the mind to never use you again. The handling of the
order, *******450, and Pick n Pay's attitude has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth! I have been a regular customer as you would be able to ascertain going through my history. I don't doubt that me not doing my purchases at / via Pick n Pay anymore will not hurt you in the least but its a principal thing!
The above order was placed in order to surprise my mother on her 85th birthday as I live in Pretoria and she is in East London. With that in mind I wanted as early a delivery as possible and selected the earliest one available. The slot chosen was charged at R90 not R60 as was available for an afternoon delivery that was available when I placed the order. Needless to say the following occurred (or didnt!)
1- The delivery NEVER took place within the hours stipulated by you! Meant my mother was left waiting around on her birthday!
2- Not all goods ordered were delivered
3- No communication received until after I phoned!
4- No apologies
5- No refund on the extra charged for delivery, you are quite happy to charge me extra delivery for the morning slot but deliver when it suits you!
The above is very poor and whilst I was told the fault lay at Hemmingways store that is not my fault! They represent Pick n Pay as well so the lack of care they show and the lack of support from Head Office are one and the same!
Whilst Pick n Pay wont feel the impact of me not buying from you anymore I don't need to spend my money with you either!

I live in US I have shopped online many years n many times but this time they blocked my order because my bank card says Bank of America and I'm a Black woman. They asked me to go my bank in the US n get a code and the bank here says they don't know what I'm talking about. They asked me any detail in this life I gave them everything but still they couldn't believe me. This is a huge insult but they lost a Great customer by being Racist I went ahead n called Woolworth n shopped there without any issues I got everything I need. High level of Proffesionalism at Woolworths.
Pick n pay you disappointed me n and you really got my feelings hurt I will never bother you for any reason even if I'm home in SA visiting I cannot stop n buy anything from there and sadly they did process the order n took money from my account just can't release the groceries. I have been waiting for my order for than 72 hours. I have called multiple times. I ended up asking for refund on the app. Nothing still.
A month later and after numerous calls, still haven't received my refund. Will not recommend this service to anyone.
I've abandoned using their website because several times I've tried searching for common products that they always have - but the search results come up empty, or completely irrelevant. I'm competent online and software engineer by trade. Their search feature should be embarrassing to them.
Try searching for clingwrap or cling wrap in the "Hyper Brackenfell" store. Sure, wrapping paper is nice, but that's not what I want. If you go though all 3 pages of results you won't find cling wrap. The mere fact that this happens means that I can't trust their search at all.
It does seem like the search effectiveness changes depending on the store. If I choose "Willowbridge Click and Collect" as the store, and search for "cling wrap" I find what I'm after... except, only the second time I try.
Also, when I search for "carrots" I guess you'd expect I was looking for carrots? Why would carrot cake be second in the list? Surely if I wanted carrot cake I'd search for... carrot cake?
I feel like Pick n Pay have implemented their search in a lazy manner. It seems like they simply take all the words from their product description and jam that into the search index. Search for "light bulbs" and what comes up on page 1? Light foil, Robertson's Light White (wine... and despite the sale being banned presently), Ryvita Light Rye, Coca-Cola Light, PnP Light Hummus, and so on and so on.
It really is not hard to pay a team of search and linguistic professionals to be intelligent about how they index their search. Instead, they expect I'm going to wade through their irrelevant results? No, I don't think so.

We bought a laptop on the 7/03/2020 we experience problems from the beginning and we returned the laptop same day but the salesman claimed he fixed it while his hired to sell not to be a technician, he sent us home with the laptop and still same problem occured, we kept on going back and forth to same store and he refused to refund untill the 7 th day was up than later he suggested that the laptop be sent for repairs and we were told it will take 21 days to effect repairs later we were informed that we have to pay for repairs which we did on9/12/2020, follow up on repairs resulted numerous excuses with Kuben why repairs are not completed, according to pick n pay policy if customers are not satisfied they are entitled to refund we were not given a refund we were forced by Veeran to continue to wait for a repair for 2 momths follow up with sales man proved unsuccessful and we were referred to Kuben which he was forgetfull with our follow up he managed to finally returned the laptop after we contacted head office which proves futile as well, poor customer service by all employees of Pick n pay, customer service training is urgently required by all employees
I originally ordered online from ASAP about 3 months ago. Due to a lack of stock I required a refund that took a while to be refunded due to technical issues. However Cazley Petersen provided such amazing follow up service I was swayed to use the app again.
I placed an order for a 12 of Castle Larger to be delivered to my brother (order number *******), he received the order of 12 Castle Light, since he has drunk half I had asked that we please have the remaining 6 exchanged tot he brand he does drink.
I was told that a refund voucher for the 6 would be issued and we could keep the 6 for our troubles (a much appreciated gesture) I confirmed with the agent I was speaking to that no minimum required spend for this voucher would be applied and she assured me there wouldn't be.
Once I received the voucher and I realized she was ill informed, I then requested the cancel the voucher and I rather get the refund because i no longer wanted to use the ASAP app. The ticket was marked resolved at 3:07pm 10 October 2021 as my refund would be processed.
Suffice to say, 2:19pm on the 26 October 2021 i sent an email to Cazley Petersen indicating my refund STILL had not been processed, I provided a screen shot of my banking history to confirm. I was told she would investigate and revert back.
At 2:19 on the 05 November 2021 (today) I requested that Cazley Petersen just re-issue the voucher as i still had not received my refund or any feedback from her. She proceeded to get an agent to call me who no understanding of the issue and basically undermining my complaint.
While it may not be a lot of money, the fact is it still is MY money, I feel highly disrespected in the manner in which this query has been resolved. And all i request is a full refund by COB Monday morning.
And if you have any question WHY Checkers 60 is kicking your behinds regarding online, is because of situations like this, there app is slick, jacked and all queries are effectively resolved with in 5 working days.
Answer: Pick n Pay online has helped me feed myself when I was sick and it has also helped my elderly mother. I am able to shop remotely
