I came to Pick 'n Pay to get a few things, I'm 8 months pregnant, I asked the ladies at kiosk if I could pay there because the Que was very long n I couldn't stand for too long, they refused n said I should stand in the que like all the other people. Now this is very disappointing, there's no regard for pregnant women

You should " plak jou gat" and not move Belinda the manager - not assisting at all - you can use a cup but you cant use aganets or so called managers - not assisting at all only working from handbook
You work on thier time adn thats it they will take your money and can refund it the same day o no they will only pay you back in 1 to 7 days - but fast to take the amount - better go to a checkers online take alot etc as the drivers and deliveries is fast and refunds done in the not even half an hour - that is service

Numerous non call backs where I as the customer had to keep on phoning in to the call center. There was clearly a run around the mill with agents clearly not knowing their job and failing to resolve my issue on hand.
Problem eventually handed over to head of advertising in Cape Town (Name withheld for now) at the end of June.
To date (Almost 4 months later) after receiving a call from Cape Town and numerous follow up calls and messages from myself, there still has been no response or action from themselves to resolve the issue on hand.
It is sad that in general customer service has almost become extinct. W. r. T Pick 'n Pay this is totally unacceptable service and I suggest that training be given starting from management to the packer at store level to understand the value of customers and not take us for granted.
I do not want Free stock! All I want is to buy and pay for the stock that was advertised.
When it come to this app you will struggle bad to get a refund. I'm so disappointed. Still waiting to get my R600+ back after the payment bounced but was processed by them.

This Cashier (NATHAPELO) at the New Redruth branch, is so rude and disrespectful. I kindly asked a question, and she was very rude and disrespectful and even raised her voice. Be careful if she rings you up. She convinced me never to go to the New Redruth PnP again!
After today, I will never buy from your company again! I placed an order (spending R1800). The website informed me that my goods would be delivered today between 14:00 and 18:00. My order arrived some time between 16:30 and 17:00. I was never informed when my order was on its way. The driver pulled up and hooted, disturbing my neighbors and threatened to drive off. When my husband asked him why he hooted and did not message me, the driver rudely said he was waiting a long time for me. That was a blatant lie. I saw the delivery drive past my place of residence, hooting before they even stopped! When my husband questioned him why he didn't message or phone to let me know they are outside, the driver got aggravated and physically assaulted my husband. They then proceeded to THROW my groceries on the floor! THROW! Like I'm some ****ng dog and didn't just spend a lot of money on FOOD! They broke the bag of rice, eggs, my jar of mayonnaise and damaged all my groceries. They threatened that they will come back for my husband and that he must remember their faces. They physically assaulted him and threatened more violence and left me feeling very scared. The driver even tried to cover his actions by phoning his manager and lying, saying that my husband was rude to him. They were the aggressors. And they left me feeling violated and scared.
Placed an order on 25, not delivered by 27 someone phone me to ask if I have received order, I said no and to cancel as I needed the stuff and cannot afford to buy again. Asked on monday on the support email address how do I get my money back, no reply, asked again no reply asked for a third time and no reply. The most useless online store, no customer service at all. I will never use this shop again I will rather go to CHECKERS 60 MINUTES.

Theres a arrogant staff member there that thinks she owns Pick n Pay who dangles food in front of underprivilege children and elderly, then ignores them, but she speaks for Pick N Pay so what does it say about this Feed the Nation, where they have their customers donating to NO CAUSE, CAUSE THEY DONT FEED THE NATION, THEY DISCRIMINATE. AND SHARON GERBER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPANY NOT GOING FORWARD IN RIGHT WAY.
Work on your long delivery time if you want to take 1 hour to deliver something my delivery fee should be less, I want my money back in my bank card not your stupid add wallet
I brought meat by Pick N Pay Northgate and when I get home i discovered that it was expired i took the meat, i cope with the manager the guy didn't treat me well and his name is Thulani, that he end up saying i have to go and report wherever i want, as i moved to the refrigerator, I realized that the whole fridge is packed with expired meat, i took pictures so as evidence to report wherever I want as i was told by your manager, so will meet you guys in Court.

They deliverd the food at the naghbour and we only found it after 28hours... after being told to ask for a specific person... the frozer chicken was defrosted and everyghing was full of blood! And yes i also order toilet paper... And after my mother tried to save what she can she let me know that the sweet patato was rotten and the apples was very very old and full of marks...
What is she supposed to do with defrosted worm chicken after 28 hours aniway...

Very disappointed in delivery service. Man who delivered my stuff was very rude and left my stuff on the sidewalk. Utterly shocked and disappointed in this behavior.
I recently purchased goods at Pick N Pay BT Ngebs Mall, which i paid at the till and had no problems at first. I exited the store and their machines at the door beeped and i continued to leave. I was called back by the security guard who was not polite at all. He treated me like a criminal insinuating I am a thief. As I got no satisfaction from the security guard I insisted that he call a manager. When I informed the manager of how I was treated, he did nothing to calm the situation. I insisted by telling the manager he can take his goods and shove it, give me a refund. Upon this the manager was highly insulted and turned around and made it into a race issue. The manager did not try to resolve the issue, but decided to record how upset I was and treat me further like a criminal also. All he did was stand in the end with his cellphone and record. Refusing to refund me my money. I really recommend that people should avoid this store and purchase their goods somewhere else. This way you too will not be treated as I was.
