I run a business over the internet where I transfer money to contractors in various countries. After visiting a seminar Payoneer held, I became convinced that they were the best way to perform this service. I contacted their Business 2 Business department and was referred to a person named Valeria who assured me that she could make sure that my experience with Payoneer paying my contractors was a smooth one. I tried an initial payment to one guy and after a week of sending documents to them, he got his money. Fair enough. So I tried again, sending money to the same guy and one other. Now, 2 weeks and both me and the contractors responding immediately to any request for documentation as well as calling customer support, we still cannot get Payoneer to even comment on why the money is being held. Their customer support is useless and Valeria, the one who promised to make my transactions go through smoothly, no longer writes me back.

I can understand complex procedures which are related to financial service as this, with all its delays, held amounts, etc, which is of course great confusion and disappointment for us as a customer when we are left wondering behind ATM screen why it refuses to dispense our hard earned money.
But the worst is lack of any customer support. A year or so ago I had a situation where ATM did not dispense money citing "technical difficulties" but the amount was debited from my Payoneer card anyway. Since I discovered it only some time later, I could not recall which banks ATM it was, and so I wrote to Payoneer customer support to ask if they can help me to locate missing money... the answer (any answer) still has not arrived...

First place to contact would be the bank branch ATM belongs to, and then Payoneer. As you said it's been about a year, I'm not a dispute can still be filed. I was sent a form to fill with requirements on September 29 and I did comply the next day the 30th. My client paid me $455 for a freelance work. But one week past, no update and no funds are showing in my account. I sent an email to the customer support, there was auto notification that they will reply within 3 days, no emails received. So I made a call, I was promised that they expedited the payment, again no update in my account. I am sooooooooooooo disappointed.

I am so desperate I don't know where to post this since when I contact them they don't do anything...
I have been using payoneer for 7 months and it worked, no problems. All of a sudden a payment didn't go through, it was send the 16 september (326 euros) and it's still not credited to my account, At first it was marked "processed and loaded", I contacted them now it is written "in process", it has been "in process"for more than two weeks... During that time two more payments were supposed to be send to me, but those two are "pending to be processed", even worse. They don't answer to my questions and when they do it's 4 days later. They asked me to send a bank statement to check my bank details and I did... 4 days ago and still no answers. They waited two weeks to ask for additional information, at first they were saying we did send your money... They don't explain and they don't care, I told them how badly I needed that money and the only thing they did to help is block two more payments, I am paid weekly and I don't know how long I can let this go on, Every week they block my payments, will I ever see my money again?
I am so disappointed in their customer service and their careless attitude, they take sooo long to answer and when they do... useless. It is not like I am asking for their money, I just want MY money, the one I was paid, it is not theirs to keep in case thy have forgotten.

Hi Muh. If the ATM did not dispose cash, the first thing ti do would be to contact the local bank to check with them. If they cannot assist, you can file a charge back request from Payoneer by contacting our customer care and they will be able to assist you further and instruct you how to do that.

I want to withdraw money to may bank account, but my balance is under the minimum limit of $200. $200 may be nothing to Payonner, but it makes a difference to me. Now I have to eat ramen and Campbell soup while waiting to the prepaid card to arrive, which takes forever. It's the first time I've got a product not arriving after the estimated date.
I emailed Payonner and received an automatic reply which tells me to log in and click on the link "To view your status and activate your card." Either my eyesight has failed me, or Payoneer doesn't have any editor to check the content of their automatic reply.

Payoneer is the worst system i have ever seen. No proper information. No proper service. No prompt payment and receiving of funds. NEVER USE PAYONEER. If you use it you will be repented for sure.
