I do contract work for a company that just recently switched their payroll to Payoneer from ADP. Keep in mind my husband's company has also used ADP for many years now and we have never had an issue with them. After signing up for what was represented as "direct deposit" into my checking account, I awoke to find no funds in my account on pay day today. I received an email saying Payoneer would deposit it within five business days. That is NOT Direct Deposit! Payoneer then told me that they do not do direct deposit and that if I wanted immediate access to my pay I could sign up for a Payoneer card. Guess what? Payoneer cards cost a fee so of course they want you to do that! This is the worst dealing with a company I've ever expreienced. They misrepresent themselves and what they do. STAY AWAY! I am also so upset with my job switching to such a horrible company. Keep away from this company at all costs if you have a choice!

Guess what? Payoneer cards cost a fee! This is the worst dealing with a company I've ever expreienced. They misrepresent themselves and what they do. STAY AWAY!

Its been almost a month and they still didn't paid us our money!
They make empty promises, from a few business day, to 5 business day, and finally they will tell you they are reviewing the issue and you have to wait for xxx months or never get your money!
First week, they blame our bank for technical issue. I wen't to my bank's HQ and ensure theres no technical issue. So they can't use this excuse no more so they said its their banking partner having technical issue.
The third week, now they admit its their technical issue.
Let me ask you, a month to solve a technical issue. In which they will not take responsibility to make your fund accesible due to their mistake.
They just keep you hanging.

I was cheated by a scammer via payoneer. I trasnferred 787$ to him and he didnt send the goods. Then I reported to them and they said they cant do anything. They said I have to contact with the seller. How can I contact with him when he ran away? Then I reported this to payoneer and asked them to report this one because they have all information about this seller incl his address but they denied. This is worst site I've ever used. Say GOODBYEEEEEEEEEE to Payoneer guys!

Suddenly a second bank account showed up on my account and funds got transferred there. 14 and going days customer service cannot figure out what is going on and who added it. Unprofessional customer service. Worst ever actually.
I sent them again my bank account info, first time they said it's not readable ( though it's the same picture I sent them when I signed up with them), second time 12 hours later they still have not received my email yet( emails have to be virus-scanned or whatever they explained). Customer service is unreachable after hours and on holidays. Third time, a representative said that I will receive an email to upload info again. I asked if she can stay on the phone and wait till I receive the email. She said she can't stay and that I ll receive it within a minute.
4 hours later still no email.
DO NOT do business with them. It's a shame that companies work with them

I have had a major issue with Payoneer. I do contract work for one of the largest media companies in the UK, I recently set up a Payoneer account thinking it would be better to see payments within 3 days rather than the 14 days it was taking to reach my local account in NZ.
The media company made a payment to the new payoneer account, and then after 7 days I receive an email saying the payment was cancelled and returned because I didn't provide further information regarding the payment.
Anyway it has been 19 days now and the money has not been returned.
WHERE IS THE MONEY?
It should have been returned and in the media companies account within 3 - 5 days!
I am still desperately trying to find out where this payment is. Be warned stay away from Payoneer.
Payoneer if you are reading this... This money belongs to one of the biggest Media companies in the UK, and you don't want to mess with them, they will ruin you, imagine the amount of press coverage they will do to expose you?
If payoneer sort out this issue and the payment is returned within the next 7 days I will update this review.

Payoneer is fine so long as you don't have any problems, but they have the work customer service I have ever encountered. Days and days of waiting to get urgent issues resolved. This is not a temporary glitch, it is a long standing problem.

A small issue like changing your address or checking the progress of your registration can take up to six months due to poor customer services who take too long to reply and when they do they do not seem to know the best solution.
For instance: if you stay countries that use PO BOX,, this guy keep insisting that the address should be in form of a location place... i wonder how my card will reach me without the PO BOX. BUT I TRIED MY BEST TO DESCRIBE MY HOME LET ME HOPE THEY WILL GET ME AT HOME THEN...
Secondly, their social media support respond quickly but they refer you to nerds who can take up to a month before responding your query...

I was really happy with their service but when i started getting my payments direct to my card from my clients card without any freelancing site, they just starts a nonsense behavior... my clients is authorized on payoneer & filled the form. First two payments was very fast, approved within 1 hour but the last $100 payment is stucked at ''payment under review''! This is my real & white money damn it, what the $#*! customer support are doing! I have contacted two times via live chat & submit a ticket but no solution! Its been two days now. I need it urgently!

I have made a payment of $2000 just 45 minutes back to one of my seller in Philippines and then i have received an email that the payment is under review and then nothing i don't know for how much time do you review payment.
Only wanted to request you to cancel the payment and reverse it to my bank account if you cannot transfer payment instantly.
It is not even showing it to my account activity or transaction so i am not at all feeling safe with Payoneer.
Request you to credit the payment to the person i transferred it asap or else reverse it to my bank account if you gonna take couple of days to review otherwise i have to contact my bank to get my money back.

After three successive successful fund transfers, the two succeeding fund transfer did not go through. The first one should have been credited to my bank account over two weeks ago, the following one over a week ago. Payoneer sent transfer confirmations that they said "might help" my bank find the transfers - problem is, those confirmations were to Moneynet, with Moneynet doing the actual processing. My bank says they need the reference numbers FROM Moneynet to investigate further, Payoneer says the bank doesn't need and is refusing to provide. Customer service has been rude, abrupt and they do/say whatever necessary to get you off the line. They have stated that it's the bank's responsibility to find the money that Payoneer has lost as if the bank can do that when Payoneer will not provide additional information requested. Emails go unanswered.
At this point, over $425 has "vanished" with Payoneer holding another $243 for a total of over $668 (or 31,500 pesos). I have the distinct feeling that Payoneer and/or Moneynet have financial problems or worse, are simply stealing customers money because they believe they can get away with it. My advice is stay away, do not use Payoneer to transfer your funds - they seem to believe that they can scam customers out of their hard earned money with impunity.

What they do should/must be illegal. They keep cancelling your account which means you can't access your money. They work with a tiny American bank that opens a bank account for you but then Payoneer simply keeps your money. I think they purposely delay all the processes simply to keep hundreds of clients funds in their credit... how can a financial company be allowed to do that?!
