I dont know why Payoneer make customers wait for over 5 days for funds to arrive into accounts. I personally have a large sum sitting in my account from a deposit that relates to work I did. Payoneer are saying it takes time for them to approve funds yet they have had the funds for several days. It is christmas and I have a family and children who want presents and I cannot have access to MY MONEY. This is a joke. I also know of 3 other people who are experiencing the same issue and they have no control over their funds because payoneer are taking their time to allow us access to OUR OWN MONEY.
I made a Payoneer account and it was supposed to be validated in few days. I sent all the documents needed, perfectly valid and legit. After 2 weeks i got an email to send another documents, this time the ones that wasn't possible to have (since I live in a different country then where I was born, they cant ask me for passport from the new country, but I live here 2 years and there is no way to have document like that).
Meanwhile I received a payement from my new employer on that account- that doesn't exist. The payment is there but account after 5 weeks is still not approved. I sent number of emails and got zero response. They basically have my month paycheck for a whole month (so far) and don't care one bit if I have to pay my rent or survive. I called their call service (which is the only one- in US, so good luck with 40 minutes of waiting) and they said that all my papers are good and there is no particular reason why is stopped, so they will let me know next week. That next week went into week after, and week after... Payoneer has my paycheck that doesn't give me, doesn't response to my emails - with absolutely no valid reason what so ever. If that is not the worst company then I don't know what is.

They're holding my second payment request for no reason at all. My client has already paid Payoneer through his credit card but for some reason Payoneer won't approve my second request. Note that this is my second request. Payoneer approved the first one but according to Payoneer some details in my government issued ID are not clear. But how come they approved my first payment request if they thought that the details weren't clear to them in the first place? I think Payoneer is just making an excuse so that they can hold money and eventually take it for themselves. I sent an email, made a query on their contact support site but I got no response even to this day. Don't trust this company. They'll make every bit of excuse to take your money.

Just in one day, This company managed to get over $20 some from me. I get there are fees but NEVER had a card take this much money! I know the $12 activation fee. Fine, whatever. Then $3 maintenance fee. Transfer fee, Withdrew money out of the bank twice that was a 4.95 fee, both times. Then odd other fees that I'm not even sure why?! All added up to about 26 close to 30$ when looking at my transactions! That's really crazy to me! Even If I go and take all my money out next payday, I'll still be charged the mantience fee, transfer fee plus the 4.95 to take it out of the bank. An god knows what else!

Recently i use payoneer to get payment from client. When trying to withdraw, suddently they REJECTED my withdrawal saying "your partner no longer support MYR currency". I checked with customer service and they say my client company no longer support MYR currency so they have to reject the withdrawal.
I contact my client and they say they have no problem as they sent payoneer USD currency and payoneer is responsible to pay me in MYR currency during withdrawal.
When i get back to payoneer, they suddently say they no longer support MYR currency. Any announcement or email send to alert customer? Is this issue will last forever? What am i going to do with the money in my account? Sit and see only?

Our company switched from ADP which was fabulous in that I got my pay on the exact day I was supposed to to Payoneer which means I now have to wait an additional 4 days for my pay. In this day and age what company has to take 4 days to make a direct deposit? ADP had no issue with it. Paypal has no issue with it. They tell me it's my bank that is causing the issues but there's no delay with other payment sources. Processing gets cancelled multiple times and when I ask about them I get told its a technical issue and apparently a technical issue that isn't that uncommon because my co-worker had it happen on the last pay period as well BUT if you're willing to pay a fee it magically gets deposited the very next day but they say it is supposedly the same process. Someone high up in Payoneer is making some pretty nice profit off our money while its sitting somewhere making interest for them for four days. Incredibly disappointed with this company and payment system.
This service is the most expensive service I have ever worked with. They have commissions for everything. The exchange rates that they practice are bigger than anything that I paid till now. From a $554 (around 528 euro) they transferred in euro only 511 euro so I lost 17 euro only on this small transfer. Imagine that on a few thousands dollar transfer. I work for a company that recently switched from ADP to Payoneer for payroll. This has been a nightmare for me. It takes days for the payroll to process and Payoneer will at times cancel transfers of funds with no apparent reason at all. I called and asked why my paycheck was cancelled by processor and they told me they didn't know why, but I should see it processed by the end of the day. I waited and then saw that the process got cancelled twice more with no explaination. I then emailed asking why this happened and still haven't gotten a response.
What company today takes days to process funds digitally? What company can't tell you why they're cancelling transfers of funds? I am now absolutely horrified that I won't ever get my paycheck right here before Christmas. Run away from this company if you can.

The way they set up the fees is the real scam. $3USD monthly maintenance fee $12.95 ($13) activation fee! I have lost about $36 dollars having an account with them I hate it! The people on the call lines don't know any better they just direct the phone conversation to a solution.

I have been Payoneer's customer for 7 years, did not have a single problem for so long.
Few months ago they introduced their new service of international wire and I decided to try it. So I pointed transfers to my Payoneer account through the international wire service.
What happened is that after issuing the transfer, they rejected the transfer of about $700, then I tried it again with an other transfer, they blocked my account this time, my debit card became useless while I was in a trip abroad and it did not work when I tried to use it to buy something (this is how I noticed that my account was locked).
They did not send any e-mail or anything, just blocked the account.
Next day I contacted them via a support ticket, received no reply for 2 days.
Someone replied later that my account is under review and I had to wait. I waited one week and received no update at all. I decided to give them a phone call, a nice operator responded. I explained her my problem and she told me that I should send them a copy of my government issued document (which I had previously submitted though the years).
I sent the scanned document to them and... guess it? No reply at all!
Then I sent them an other reply in the ticket, asking for any update, they just replied that the account is under review.
Now it is one month since they locked my account and I have no updates, no one replies.
These are my two pennies for Payoneer. I don't know if this is happening because of customer care workers, but for sure the don't care about customers.
This is not a serious service, you can not block a financial account this way, with no reason and giving no reply at all.
After 7 years of usage, I lost my account just out of the blue for using their new stupid service.

I set up my Payoneer account so US clients could pay me without sending checks. They were able to desposit money into my account but I can't get it out. First I got messages that my bank info was incorrect. I re-entered it. Got another message it was incorrect. Re-entered it again. Got a message that withdraw funds to bank account is not available for me. I wrote back and asked how I can access my funds then? The response was that my bank account information is incorrect. They have my money, won't respond to my questions and I can't get it out. This is a total scam and I regret signing up for this.

One of my customers (located in USA, and a Public Company) didnt want to pay me through First Century Bank, because he said it was a "Pirate Bank".
I asked Payoneer support to change it to Bank of America, and waited for 1 month without any notice.
Also i posted on their community forum asking for a solution, and they Deleted my post!
Today i closed my Payoneer account, i will stay with PayPal as its more secure and all my customers accept it.

My company recently switched from ADP to payoneer, and let me say this is not a good experience. They give you a 5 day processing fee which eliminates the whole idea of direct deposit. It's basically like waiting on a check but not as secure.
A lot of people rely on getting paid on the 1st because of rent/mortgage, bills and feeding their family.
I feel like my company shouldn't use this company because it's very stressful for the employees.

Again, don't use Payoneer. They cancelled transfer from them to my bank twice with no reason other than they had processor issues with their 3rd party processor. Horrible customer service. They say 1-3 business days but it's really 5. In my case 6 business days the last payment. Everyone on my project had the same experience 5 business days. What they say is not true.No one should have to wait 7 days to get paid as they don't work the weekends. So, they don't consider that a business day. They suck. My advice to them is to change their procedure and 3rd party processor. In this day and age, it should not take that long for money to transfer in a US bank to a bank that is a live 24/7 deposit. Never had issues until my job unfortunately switched to them. I'm actually considering finding employment elsewhere because of Payoneer.

My Payoneer card is blocked since 9 November. There is no faulty transaction. The card is blocked without any reasons with about 500usd. Support do not provide any reason. I ask support to remove my approved partners, they don't do it, what the f*ck. Payoneer asks me to send documents about my Clickbank account, and driver licence, what I did a week ago, and nothing received from them. Last payment from Clickbank was rejected but payment from Cpagrip and Ogads are not rejected and on hold, guess what, Clickbank is not on Payoneer approved-list. When Payoneer partners make payments to clients, Payoneer takes 3usd for load, and 5usd for immediate load depending on your choice, making money for them, and nothing if the payment is made normally, like in my case with Clickbank. Payoneer is trying to push companies to be their partners so they can make more money. I have nothing against that, but their practice are fraududent, by blocking cards which receive money from non-partners payments, so Payoneer clients pay the price for their fraudulent activities. Since last year Amazon is a partner with Payoneer, I think Payoneer is sending their clients information like name, address etc to Amazon, that is clearly a violation of privacy, this company is selling his soul to the devil! Using tactics to do money in business is good, but using scam and fraudulent tactics are not acceptable. I am customer from Payoneer since 5 years, now the chat support is always rejected, no response from support. They are stealing my money, about 500usd, money hard earned from legit affiliate programs and they know it. This scam company should be put on hold for their fraudulent activities, or at least inform people about their bad practices so they can stay away from those scammers!
