Mi experiencia con atencion al cliente siempre ha sido buena, mi queja es con payoneer como tal, sus politicas son una total tonteria, aun teniendo mi cuenta recibiendo pagos legales, de upwork (empresa la cual payoneer recomienda) y haciendo minimos pagos mensuales (renta y servicio de hosting) a terceros, payoneer ahora me deshabilita la opcion de recibir pagos de terceros y tambien pagar, entonces para que voy a usar payoneer? NO TODAS LAS PERSONAS SON EMPRESAS.

I noticed after I reached the $1000 quote to get a reward, they started holding my future payment which is my salary. The first time is acceptable as it was in the T&C. But providing that documents a week ago and Payo even sent an email confirmation to me that it was approved, didn't stop them to hold my salary, this time for no reason. Even the supervisor didn't know why it is being held. This is the second time now, very inconvenient. I am very unhappy because of this delay. Btw, I am a new client who just tried your service. I have been using Orbit Remit since 2012 before I switched.
