I call to make sure that the part that I was ordering was the correct one for my atv and the guy at the phone guide me through the process professionally.
After waiting for my part I received a terribly packaged part " that shipped from GA to SC" the packag was falling apart oversized for the yamaha starter relay and was bouncing all around inside the box. I'm honestly surprised it didn't fall out of the shipping box due to large holes.The part appeared to be used I emailed customer service and we'll see what they send me. This was my first time using partzilla and wasn't what I was expecting it was very disappointing.

I've been dealing with Partzilla since about 2012, and like the fact that I can still get quite a few parts from them. What I don't like, is $9.95 shipping no matter what you buy if it's under $149! You know things happen, you buy some little something, a few months later you buy some other little something $9.95 $9.95 9.95, so the last time I needed a piston for my rear brake caliper and I just did a Google search and as I thought it might, he may have one a dollar cheaper, free shipping. That's what I was looking for... Sure Partzilla will get my business, but depending on the part I will go elsewhere.
