Waiting on parts for 2 weeks. You charged a premium price for shipping and I still have no clue on when I will receive my parts.
I needed some parts for my Kawasaki Vulcan, 4 shoulder bolt holders, 4 O-rings. The shoulder bolt holders at Kawasaki were 5.99 each at Partzilla 3.99, O-rings at Kawasaki 3.99 each at Partzilla 1.99. I did not have the time to go to the Kawasaki dealer, I would have needed to order on line. The cost savings was minor, shipping for both were the same. Partzilla had what I needed and delivery was in 3 days. I am satisfied with my order and the service with Partzilla.
Overall I had a good experience but there seems to be broken links on the website when shopping for a motorcycle in "My Garage", Partzilla did contact me in a timely manner when I brought this to their attention.

The prices of the products are okay, BUT when it comes to shipping, I never expect to have to pay such high prices. It's almost worth buying "suitable alternatives" to OEM products when I have to pay just as much for shipping as the price of the parts. I expected to parts to arrive a little fast than they did because I did pay so much for shipping.
I found the parts I needed ordered and delivered quickly. I will order from them again and recommend.

First two orders took over two weeks to be delivered. It was right after holidays so probably had some impact but over two weeks? Was shorted one part but after researching may have been due to web site confusion or my error.

Everything was fine. The only issue was the communication I has said the items would arrive on Monday and they were there a day or two later.
It was very easy to find the exact part I needed for my bike, and then when ordered, they arrived in a very timely manner and packaged very nicely in a sturdy box. Can't ask for anything more.
Look at the parts diagram and order it was very easy. I would buy from them again. The prices for what i got were a little salty but they had them and they delivered quickly.
