At the eleventh hour I and my wife decided to watch Chelsea Vs Manchester United match which was held in February 4,2012. The match was sold out and I checked the secondary ticket broker market to find the tickets and I found onlineticketexpress.com as the best cause this company has the best online customer service department ever. We had a very pleasant experience with Onlineticketexpress.com. I bought Chelsea Vs Manchester United match tickets from Onlineticketexpress.com. That was my first time using online ticket provider company so for the first time using online ticket service I was in little bit tensed but this company gave me perfect service. I received my tickets at my place within the promised date of delivery. In onlineticketexpress.com the price of tickets is lower than other ticket sources. I found Onlineticketexpress.com is a very good provider of online football tickets.

I had a pleasant experience with onlineticketexpress.com. I bought four tickets from onlineticketexpress.com of Wolver Hampton Vs Chelsea match which was held on January 2,2012. I was searching online for a trustful source of online ticket and I found onlineticketexpress.com as an old and reliable company and seemed to be reliable to buy ticket from them. So I ordered four tickets from them, each of the ticket was £226.00. The order process is very easy there and their customer care agents are very much dedicated to their customers. I received my tickets without any problem. The ticket arrived to me on time as the promised date of delivery. Good customer service and the tickets were real and fully functional.

I ordered two tickets of Liverpool Vs Manchester United from onlineticketexpress.com by 456£. The match venue was Emirates Stadium, London, But i had to go from far cause i live in York so i went there someday ago & i also had some work there so i wanted to take part in both my work & in the Game that is why i purchased ticket from them. I got my ticket in my hotel room just before 2 day's before the match Kick off. I am totally pleased with their service cause i got which i ordered to them.

I ordered 4 tickets of Away Section each of £224 from onlineticketexpress 3 days ago of Arsenal v Manchester United which is going to be held on 22/01/2012 at London, Emirates Stadium.

The things is that despite its some negative review about this site on this site It has done great job in case of me. I just complete the purchased that day & today morning i got my all the tickets. Also i have found notification from their customer that my ticket has been delivered.

Hope this will be more fun for me.

Bought tickets for liverpool v man city back in november 2011. All went well, chose 4 tickets for centenary stand with best view. Parted with £1170. 00. No tickets, till day before match and when they do arrive 4 tickets with a face value of £160 in total arrive and not in the liverpool stand as booked but in the MAN CITY end with the away supporters! Chased them but no answer, no ones answers the phone, the chat service is disgusting as all foreign and told to be difficult on purpose. The best was to follow though, on sunday at 11am approx 4 hrs before kick off... I get an email to say DONT WEAR LIVERPOOL COLOURS TO AVOID ANY ISSUES! So they clearly knew what tickets they were going to send, took the highest payment possible, delayed sending the tickets till a day before the match so I couldnt complain as they closed on the weekends. All in all a total con of a site, at present I`m a doing chargeback thru barclays bank for the total amount. On top of this I also lost £450 ish for the train tickets which were non refundable via Virgin trains though not their fault. YES AVOID THIS SITE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Please please please please please don't use Online Ticket Express. The best I can say is that they don't deliver on anything they promise, the worst is that they are effectively interactive thieves! They don't have any of the tickets they offer despite listing a number of tickets. They try and catch you out by getting you to sign and send back a form within 24 hours which if you don't do they will keep your money and they don't have to send the tickets.
In my situation I did everything they asked and got confirmation that the order was complete and that I would receive the tickets 1-2 days before the event. 2 days before they called me to say they didn't have the tickets and that they would be refunding the money into my account within 6 days. 2 weeks later I still hadn't received the money, I called (phone just rings once and goes dead), emailed and used the interactive customer support. I received no response from anyone apart from the interactive support who assured me they would be refunding the money.

I took the advice of other people who have left reviews and am now using my bank in an attempt to gain the refund. They are absolute cowboys who have no intention of sending tickets or refunding money. I hope my bank has more luck. I lost money on travel and hotels and the whole experience has set me back a small fortune! I wish I had read these reviews before ordering the tickets and feel stupid for not doing so. Please if you are reading this and considering using this service don't you will regret it hugely. You would do better relying on your friendly neighbourhood tout than trusting these and I genuinely mean that!

DONT use this teribble website. I had bad experience. I came along way from Bangkok for watched the football math btw Manchester City vs Newcascle on 19 of Nov. When we reached hotel, found out no ticket send to us. I called the call center, the guy said the ticket sent out already. I went to the stadium the staff there was very nice.He tried to help me to check which ticket is relate with the this agent but they couldnt find it. Then they told me, this web should be scam otherwise will can find the address that relate in the ticket. Dont use it.

I Went to England to watch Manchester united play.

I order 3 tickets. I got a emauil say that the 3 tickets has been shipped to the hotel.
I come to the hotel and got the letter from Onlineticketexpress, open it and see i got TWO membercard with someone else name on it.
I order 3 got 2.

Called the support and they just say we can't do anything, we shipped 3 tickets.
So me and my father go to the match (without my broteher because we just got 2 tickets). When we got to old trafford we couldent get in to the match because you had to have papper tickets to the membercards.

When i called support once more they told me i have recived papper tickets to.

The only thing the do i lie.

I lost 456 euro.

SO DONT buy From them, they will take your money.

I have sent them 6 email, got zero answer.

TERRIBLE... ruined the first day of our honeymoon. Purchased football tickets to a 'Spurs match, discussed via email everything they needed to have the tickets dropped off at our hotel the day before. Proof through email that they confirmed this multiple times. From the time that we arrived at our hotel that night (tickets were not there) until 11am the next day (day of match - kick off 2:30) we talked to 3 different people that assured us the tickets would STILL be delivered to our hotel. From 11am-2pm the day of the match we tried to call again and there was no answer.

At 2:15 we gave up and went back to our room. At 2:30 (kick off) our hotel manager said someone called (they had this number the entire time) and said they had our tickets at White Hart lane and he was leaving if we weren't there in 5 minutes. (would have taken at least 20 min for us to get there)

Despite all of my calls and emails to them after the fact they either hung up the phone or ignored my emails. Even after discussing this with my lawyer, there was nothing we could do. Lost out on $580.

Hi All, this is my experience. I am from Chile and a fanatic of tennis always dreaming to watch the final for Roland Garros. I bought two tickets from them on March 3 for the price of 848 euros! Why I could not buy the tickets directly from Rolland Garros website? They started selling tickets on March 1, but there were not available tickets for the final two days after the web site opened.

The electronic tickets arrived two weeks before June 5 (the day of the final). I was very concern about this delay because these tickets were our main motivation for going to Paris. The company sent me electronic tickets with our names written in a bar code system that have to be scanned in Roland Garros to verify our identities. What if the names written in the bar code were not ours? Another matter of concern...

My preoccupation increased when I checked in the electronic tickets that the current price was 71 euros each. That means onlineticketexpress got 706 euros in the process! Reading comments about fraud in internet was not very reassuring. Finally, we went to Paris with our electronics tickets expecting the worst. Paris is a nice city, so our plan B was just to know the city and have a good time there.

Last Sunday we went to Rolland Garros. I was delighted to see that the electronic tickets produced our names when they were scanned. We saw a wonderful match Nadal-Federer. In summary, the onlineticketexpress company works, but you pay (in my case) 8 times the right price and you get really stressed in the process. However, I don't see other way to have tickets for such an important event as Rolland Garros when you are far away from the place.

I purchase 3 tickets for F A Cup final between Man city & Stoke. I rang the sales team to check they had tickets available. I rang the Ireland branch and they said to place order on website and we would receive ticket 3-5 days before. The price was £1221. 00 which is excessive but I was desperate to go. Placed the order and had to sign and send back email. They infact took over £1448. 00 out of my account. I complained and was told it was to do with the exchange rate yet the tickets were on sale in £'s. 1 week before the match I was ringing daily as to when the tickets would arrive. The girl on the phone was very unhelpful and just kept saying we would receive tickets. The afternoon before the match a man rang and said he had been let down by his supplier. He said we would receive a refund but when I asked him to confirm this in writing he pointblank said "No this was not his policy".

We have still not received refund and have Online Ticket Express about 5 times and each time the girl has been really rude and put the phone down. This company treats people awful and I cannot understand how they claim to have been going since 1994. Please do not use as you will be let down and very out of pocket.

Please, please, please don't use this website for ticket purchases! I have lost over £400 trying to get an FA Cup ticket, and I bet I wasn't the only one.

They take your money, instantly, then you never hear from them again, until in my case an hour after the game kicked off - to tell me there was a man waiting at a designated location (presumably London) with my ticket, and if I didn't get there they'd consider the tickets delivered! What chance would I have had, even if the automatically generated email was genuine, I don't have a time machine!

Its fraud, its theft, its parading as a legitimate organisation, even its T&Cs are illegal in the UK & the EU- its basically a criminal organisation, with nothing but contempt for those of us stupid enough to fall for its scams.

The matter's in the hands of my credit card company, who I hope will cover my loss, as they legitimise this kind of scam by allowing credit card purchases (and their logos) to be plastered all over online ticket expresses website, I think they should. I'll also be passing my case details to UK Trading Standards.

I just wish I'd read the reviews before getting taken in. Please don't make the same mistake as me and many other trusting people.

PS. They are currently advertising Champions League final tickets at over £3000 per ticket. I could weep for the people that fall for that one!

Purchased FA Cup Final tickets with them and paid over the odds. I was told twice by e-mail that I would receive the tickets either a day or 2 days before the event. I also phoned them twice in Ireland and was assured the same!
On the day before I was told that they would not be posted but I would have to pick them up from the stadium area the day of the match and someone would phone me on the day before noon. So I went into London, and no phone call, I then could not get through to them for 90 minutes. When I did I was told that the tickets were cancelled and money would be refunded!
Obviously they never had tickets to sell and were trying to scource them at a profitable price for them, and they will keep you on the edge till as late as possible.
This I think will apply to any top event so be very careful and use the consumer credit act as protection!

I bought football tickets to watch the match Liverpool V/s Newcastle which was played at Anfield on Sunday 1st May 2011. I bought the tickets for me and my young son. I paid for the train and hotel. The tickets were supposed to be delivered at the hotel on Saturday 30th April but never came in. I rang them on Saturday at 4 pm and I was told they could give me the tickets as their supplier let them down. Since I bought the tickets I have been constantly chasing them when they will be delivered but alwaysgot a reply 2-3 days before the event.
It was a very bad experience as we travelled all the way from South London to Liverpool. I booked the hotel and train on the basis we would be having our football tickets.

I emailed them on Tuesday 3rd May and no reply. I keep ringing them and they cut me off. This is a serious fraudster. The transaction was for £258 but actually debited my bank a/c by £295. On one hand they did not performwhat I paid for and they also have the audacity to charge my bank a/c with an extra £40! They are real thieves. They need to be reported to the police and Scotland Yard.
