Fast and very satisfying service. Will definitely use this site again and definitely recommended! Loved this checkout and it was so easy.

I purchased 2 tickets for the match Milan Atalanta about 2 weeks ago and never received them. I tried calling many times and send many emails but no response, instead £20 bill from my phone provider.
Its a big scam, dont believed any positive comments as they are 3 years old.

After you paid they forget you
We didn't get our ticket and miss the game!

We bought a ticket on the 26/4/22 for the Champions League

They promised they will send the e-ticket once it upload
Every day we sent messages by chat/email and tried to call without success
They do not answer the phones and there is no answer to an emergency
Out of dozens of emails, we responded to one at noon on the day of the game, saying that there was a problem, but that the tickets were guaranteed and that they would be sent no later than two hours before the game.
We did not receive the tickets
I can not describe to the depth of the disappointment and pain that caused us
We try to get the refund like they have in there policy,
But no one Answer us

Have been trying all day to get in touch with the company I need to know if these tickets are legit as I need them for a Christmas present!

Tickets for my football match Northern Ireland vs Netherlands on 16-11-2019 were cancelled on Thursday 14-11-2019 17:31.
They told me I would receive the refund of my tickets (€548,-), but that it can take up to 30 working days, according to our T&C.
Now already 1,5 years, and more than 30 reminders later, I still didn't receive any money back.
This really feels like fraud, so my advise to anyone, don't buy anything from these guys!

No improvement, no refund, nothing.
A shame!
They have several times confirmed that refund was on its way... which one I don't know, for sure not mine.

Commande passée en Mars 2020 pour un match du Real à Madrid en Juin 2020.La commande a été annulé à la suite du Covid et le match c'est joué à huis clos. Ils m'ont répondu fin juin que je serai remboursé dans les trente jours... j'envoie des mails et j'attends toujours le remboursement sur mon compte carte visa - on est mi-novembre 2020 et toujours rien. Ils m'ont même supprimé de leur site, mon identifiant et mon mot de passe sont refusés...

Booked two for Center Court Wimbledon 2020 on a specific day - over 2500. As I am not always available to attend events I rang first to ask about cancellations and refunds. The lady just said the event would NEVER be cancelled but if play was postponed for weather I may have to turn up the next day to see the games. Well as we all know Wimbledon was cancelled due to Covid-19. They have tried to say it is NOT cancelled but only postponed until 2021. I guess we will have two Wimbledons next year. Anyway, due to the extreme circumstances and out of the goodness of their hearts they are will to refund 30% of the money - a nice little earner for NOTHING - about 1700! The other option is tickets for 2021, which I will not be available for. These people may be okay when all goes well, quick and easy, but if you hit a problem there is only one loser and it's not them.

This company is TERRIBLE!
I paid approx 250 for tickets for a match. Match has been postponed and I can't risk travelling until it is 100% safe with COVID19 as my sister is at risk.
I was hung up on twice when I called.
Refused to be given contact details no matter how many times I've asked.
Won't give me my money back as they're insisting the match will go ahead at some point.
Completely unfair as this is an extreme situation in which exceptions should be made.
They're are terrible to deal with and have no respect for their customers. I will be leaving bad reviews everywhere possible! I hope they go under after this as they are TERRIBLE!

Booked tickets to the Real Madrid/Manchester City Uefa cup game in Madrid several months in advance and planned a big father/son overseas trip to Spain to surprise my son with his first ever stadium attendance.
Paid for the tickets (and the travel) two months in advance and continued to wait for the tickets to arrive. But I kept getting emails from this fraudulent site informing that tickets will be issued 2-3 days ahead of the game.
I waited patiently until the said date which was now days before our flights and onlineticketexpress.com kept sending confirmation emails on how to receive our tickets. They asked for residence addresses, emails and phone numbers which made me feel that this is a legit business and not a scam, and professional enough to honor their offering online.
A day before our departure we received an email stating that there was some problem with the ticket vendor so the tickets will be issued on the day of the game electronically and all I needed to do was to download them on my mobile phone a couple of hours ahead of the game.
We arrived in Spain after 8 hours flying on the day of the game and only 3 hours ahead of the kick off time I receive an email stating that my tickets did not arrive from the vendor and my order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued back to me in 30 working days!?
They now do not respond to emails, or to the fake phone number they have on their website and when trying to contact them through their online chat line on their website to request help and justification... The chat operator simply says that they are only helping with new sales orders and any issue should be referred back to the non responsive email and fake phone contact.
Net result... I am down 400, my credit card details remain with a scam site and I have a very disappointed son that has learnt his first lesson in what theft means. Instead of enjoying a good game and a short family vacation.
Please stay away from this very disappointing site. And do not be misguided by their higher than average review scores. If u read deeper into their scores you will notice that many of their reviews are from fake postings or hired reviewers who help keep their averages higher.
