It was fast, to get a conformation. However, not thrilled about not having a set date other then my tickets will be emailed to me sometime before August!

It all went smoothly- except the sticker shock at prices. I also was surprised at how high your service fees are.

I tried buying online, but had many problems so I called. The lady who helped me was very helpful, made it very simple for me to understand and handled the difficult parts for me and even went out of her way to get me a discount which really made a difference. The fees are quite high, but its expected. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and now I have a wonderful Christmas present to give!
