On July 24th 2010 I booked two tickets for the Manchester United v. Everton match to be held on Saturday, 23rd April at Old Trafford through Onlineticketexpress.com at a cost of £198.00 (£168.00 for two tickets and £30.00 booking fee). I had to sign a contract they emailed to me, scan it and email it back to them. In the contract it stated that the tickets would be shipped to me at my address in Guernsey 3-5 days before the date of the event. I then booked two return flights Guernsey/Manchester for myself and my son (this was for his 17th birthday present) and a twin room at The Copthorne Hotel, Clippers Quay, Manchester for two nights. On the Monday before leaving (18th April 2011) I emailed the site to ask for confirmation that my tickets would be received at my home address in time for departure on Friday, 22nd April 2011. I was told this could not be guaranteed. After pointing out that in the contract it said the tickets would be shipped 3-5 days prior to date of event and getting nowhere the male member of staff hung up on me! I tried to get through again and eventually spoke to a female member of staff who was just as unhelpful. I asked to speak to a manager and was told to 'hang on' which I did for 8 minutes listening to music and then realised I wasn't being put through to anyone! Both these people said if I gave my hotel address they would ship the tickets there so I phoned a third time and eventually got through again and was told to provide my hotel address by email, which I did. I received confirmation that the tickets would be shipped to the hotel and that there would have to be someone there to sign (which I checked with the hotel reception and they sign for delivery to guests). On arrival at the hotel last Friday, 22nd April there was nothing for me; still nothing on Saturday morning (23rd April). I have emailed Onlineticketexpress.com asking them to contact me to arrange reimbursement of £198.00 but I am not holding my breath. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

We had a lot of problems making the order by bad communication from Onlineticketexpress.com. We paid 128 euro for two cards. But the cards were 28 euro's in total. We had terrible places in the nock of the stadion in one of the corners. The didn't tell us that the match was postponed. We were lucky to find out ourselves. This company is only interested in money and has no interest in quality.

I will not go into too much detail, but want to confirm the other reviews of this web site. I purchased tickets to the Arsenal v. Liverpool game about seven weeks before a planned trip to London, and a few days later received an e-mail telling me that the date of the game had been changed to the day I was leaving London, and asking me to "PLEASE CONFIRM YOU ARE COMING TO THE MATCH." (All caps in the original.) I immediately responded that I could not attend and that tickets should not be purchased for me. Again, this is seven weeks before the match. I received a response saying that the order was complete and final and that the tickets had been purchased at my own risk. (So why ask me to confirm that I was coming to the match?) I responded that if the tickets had been purchased, I wanted them shipped to me so I could resell them. Sorry, they said, tickets are delivered one or two days before the match. I told them I could not accept this and would dispute their charge with my credit card company. After a delay of ten days, I received a response making the laughable assertion that the tickets were not printed until one wek before the match. Yes, right, a match at Emitrates Stadium with 60,000 people attending, and the tickets are not printed until one week before the game! The absurdity of that response removed all doubt: These people are nothing but scammers. Stay away.

I purchased 1 x ticket for a sports event 7 weeks before the date, money taken from account. 2 days before event I received a call to tell me no tickets are available and my payment would be returned in 6 working days. It has been over the 6 days now & no money has been returned. Ticket cost £280 and im also out of pocket travel expenses. I have emailed them 3 times regarding this and have had no reply. I have called them but was left on hold for over 20 minutes before I eventually hung up. I have now had to report this site for fraud therefore I strongly recommend that no-one uses this website to purchase anything.

I had a terrible experience with onlineticketexpress.com. Trying not to be long, I bought my Roland Garros ticket for 170 euros to have them delivered to a relative's address in Paris. It should arrive three days before the event, and it did not. I contacted their support and they said that I should get the ticket before the event, which again did not happen. I lost my money and a lot of my holiday time chasing and waiting, it was all very frustrating. Now looking at reviews I learned that we should NEVER purchase anything on the web BEFORE reading reviews from the website.

Credit cards sometimes have a policy of reimbursing their customers victims of scams like this given it only happens every once in a while, so every one should try it. Then they will use their legal department to get some of the money back themselves and, most important, they may not do business with the website any longer. That will prevent other people from also being scamed and may run them out of business.

THEY ARE THIEVES and I hope their company will go bankrupt some day!
I am French and bought tickets for the Arsenal / Stoke City game on December 18. Due to bad weather conditions, this game was cancelled and postponed to February 23.
First they refused to sell me tickets for another game on a saturday even when I offered to pay more money. They said they did not care I lived in France (the game was postponed on a wednesday) and the only possible arrangement was for me to come to the game...
So guess what. I made some arrangements and did come to London during the week in February. That was already Eurostar tickets. And of course they did not deliver the tickets so I never got to see the game... whereas I spent about 400 euros (including hotel, eurostar tickets, game tickets...)
I do not recommend them. They are thieves and acting illegaly. They should not sell tickets they are not authorized to. And they tell you not to tell the police if you go to the game where you got the tickets from.
We should do a class action against them (it is allowed under English law) and sue them so we get our money back from these bast...
NEVER EVER BUY TICKETS ON ONLINETICKETSEXPRESS if you don't want to lose your money!

These people are nothing short of common criminals I bought 2 off Tickets for the England France game on Saturday, after endless promises of delivery I was told that as above they would be available from near the box office at 3 to 5 pm. There is no contact available to claim back the monies i am owed because they do not wish to talk, please do as I have and report it to the fraud office and the trading standards, it is more than likeley money laundering or the such like. All i hope is that the person responsible suffers greatly but im sure he is laughing at us all for being so trusting, he is nothing more than low life scum who belongs in the gutter with the rest of the $#*!. I wish him all the very very worst health and may illness strike him blind.

I bought two tickets for the Rugby Six Nation match England vs France a couple of months ago because they where supposed to be a birthday present for my girlfriend.
After bombarding them with mails and calls i was told that there was a problem with their ticket supplier and therefore there were no tickets available for me... this was three hours before the start of the match after buying plane tickets (to get to London) and after organizing an accomodation to stay... the whole trip cost me about 900 Euros (650 for the tickets and 250 for the plane tickets).

I felt completely let down and was more than sad, dissappointed and angry together... THIS IS A WARNING FOR ALL SPORT FANS AROUND THE WORLD! NEWER EVER BUY TICKETS ON: ONLINETICKETEXPRESS.COM

THEY ARE NOTHING MORE THAN BLOODY THIEVES AND SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERYTHING THEY HAVE DONE SO FAR.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NO MORE THAN COMMON THIEVES, BOUGHT TICKETS IN JANUARY FOR THIS GAME AND WAS PROMISED DELIVERY 5 DAYS BEFORE THE MATCH, THEN 3 DAYS BEFORE THE MATCH THEN WE WERE TOLD THEY WOULD BE OUTSIDE THE GROUND NEAR THE TICKET OFFICE FROM 2 HOURS BEFORE KICK OFF GUESS WHAT THEY WERE NOT THERE, THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE SOLD THE TICKETS IN THE FIRST PLACE AS THEY ARE NOT AUTHORISED TO DO SO, THAT COMES DIRECT FROM THE RFU TICKET OFFICE WHO HAD NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS ON THE DAY WHEN THEY FAILED TO TURN UP. I RE ITTERATE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOTHING BUT COMMON THIEVES! ACTION MUST BE TAKEN AGAINST THEM TO PREVENT FURTHER MISERY TO GENUINE FANS

I ordered two tickets for Tottenham vs Manchester United - 16th January 2011 (Away Section).

I paid over two hundred pounds a ticket + handling charges. I was then over charged £60 on the amount I agreed to pay on my car - which was already a rip off!

I received a confirmation email, signed it and sent it them back promptly. I thought all was in order until a week before the game. I tried contacting them in there 'Live Support' facility. There was never anybody in the 'Uk Dept" to speak to and after 5 or six phone calls - of which I was cut off everytime it began to sink in... I've been had!

So one day I kept copying/pasting my message on there live support facility, and guess what... after about two hours of pestering them repeatedly, THERE WAS SOMEONE IN THERE OFFICES! A girl called Alicia spoke to me and confirmed the tickets were on their way.

I never received the tickets but a received a phone call the day before stating they didnt have the tickets i wanted (away) but could supply home tickets. I quickly cancelled my order and said I wanted my money back.

Then I had to repeat the copy/paste scenerio until someone answered me before Alicia came to life again and assured me the funds would be in my account in 3/5 working days. I was paid back £30 more then the amount they over charged me.

Wouldnt recommend it as a way of making money!

NEVER NEVER USE THIS SITE! YOU'LL BE LET DOWN! MAY ASWEL GO TO THE GROUND AND PAY TOUT PRICES - SAME PRICE AND THERE LEGITIMITE!

Oh my god, I cannot believe this company is allowed to get away with this, my parents brought what they thought were 2 good tickets/seats at the Wales-England game on 04/02/11 at cardiff, the tickets were supposed to be delivered 3-5 days before and never turned up, so after 3 phone calls they arranged for them to be delivered to their hotel, this also never happened, they then had to phone another 2 times to find where they were, they had to chase the agent around cardiffs bars to get them, finally getting to the game they found themselves in the cheapest seats in the stadium, this company is shocking, don't buy from them, we are reporting them to trading standards and who ever else we can, Im disgusted that people can do this, doesnt do much for your trust and faith in other people.
DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I purchased 4 tickets to see Arsenal Shakthar Donetsk Champions league game. Was charged 260pounds, and 30 pounds for handling(dont get it) but 335.40 pounds was deducted from my account. Even more annoying, the tickets didnt come. I have sent so many mails and called the ever rude and un professional customer service, all to no avail. Have deceided to report them to the police and push the case from there.

This is my story with Onlineticketexpress...
I wrote this letter to the Onlineticketexpress.com, after the event:

"Dear Sir,
I was deeply disappointed in your service from the beginning to the end. I have repented of ordering the ticket from your agency very much. You have decieved me very incorrectly. All you do is defrauding.
My problems with your service are the followings in detail:
1. You have charged me 332 pounds from my bank account instead of 279 pounds which was advertised on your web page.
2. I was offered a first class ticket for the price mentioned and I was given a seat behind the gate on the fourth floor.
3. It seemed to me you had had no intention to answer my e-mails, there was no phone number or contact given, to make sure not to travel to Manchester in vain.
The result of your behaviour was that I had been forced to correspond with Manchester United and the offical English consumer protection service. As a manager of a trading company I am in daily contact with the office.
Both of them gave me information about how to make an offical complaint. I feel that I am also the representative of great number of people who were swindled by you.
You can find a lot of negative oppinion about your business on the internet.
I demand you to pay half of the ticket price back in 15 days otherwise I will turn to the appropiate offices in Britain."

This site is a fraud, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I bought 2 expensive seats at Wimbledon on centre court for round 3. The day before the match the tickets were not delivered to my hotel by 5pm so I called there customer service which was an international call from London and was assured that they were on the way. The tickets arrived at 9pm that night and I proceeded with my wife the next day to the tennis. When I arrived at the correct gate and the ticket check was done I was asked to be taken to the ticket office where i was sat down and spoken to by the All England clubs solicitor and informed that I had been a victim of Internet ticket fraud.
What Online ticket express had done was purchase 2 of the cheapest tickets possible in my name then cancelled them after I had paid top dollar to them, then they issued me with the cancelled tickets.
I travelled from Australia to see the tennis and I was completely ripped off by these people, it has literally cost me thousands of dollars.

I am a tennis lover and not always able to get tickets in the box office because they are often sold out. I tried this site last year for the atp final and worked well so did again for the french open and wimbledon this year. The french open was just ok as i got the tickets in time (but not the seats i was expecting). For wimbledon i just received my tickets for one of the days.

I bought 1 ticket for Fulham vs Hamburg and paid 171 EUR. 10 days before the event they told they can't ship the tickets only personal pick up would work. That was the first time I thougt thar there is something wrong. On the phone the employees were uncredible unfriendly and not helpful. But they promised that the tickets are there just because of the vulcan chaos they can't ship. At the pick up point in Fulham nobody from them showed up. I booked a flight and everything and then these company tretated me like a piece of $#*!. What legal actions can I take?
