I will never buy anything from this company again all I wanted to do was exchange my bar stools for counter height which was a mistake on their end! They sent bar height! They wanted me to pay a 20% restocking fee and a $125 per bar stool to return them for shipping. The mistake was not even my fault I spoke with the manager and she would not budge So therefore I had to try and sell them out right on my own because I wasn't gonna pay $250 to mail them back plus another $50 for restocking fee. Very disappointed.

One small piece was damaged in shipping. Turns out it wa a divider for a cubby hole an I wanted a bigger cubby there for paper. One suggestion, it would be nice to have a wire chase in the back.

I placed an order for a Schwinn bike In March. I received a confirmation that the order would be shipped and I would receive notification when it shipped. After several weeks I reached out to them and was told it was delayed and would be shipped in May. The same thing happened in Jun and July. Finally I reached out once again and was told my order was cancelled. 4 months I waited and was finally told they cancelled my order.

If I had know I would have been looking elsewhere. Terrible customer service. I was already the one following up with my order. Save yourself a headache a don't order from them. I wish I had listened to the reviews.

Most retailers have extended their return policy during this covid pandemic. Unfortunately OJ Commerce has a 30 day return policy, and adhered to it during this quarantine. My husband and I are in an at risk category, and have been following the advice of the doctors, and scientists, staying home as much as possible, and were six days late in attempting to return an item.
In an attempt to discuss this with management, our call was ignored, and we have never been contacted, not even for as much as an apology.
This to me, is very poor customer service, and we will not be making any purchases from this company in the future.

I was hesitant on buying bc of mixed reviews but I'm soooooo glad I took a chance. I find often two things make people review item like this bad- 1. Their expectations are too high. Items like this are particle board/Mdf. Go in knowing that. 2. They use the wrong tools and go too fast putting it together causing chips/cracks. Go slow. Use at most a reg battery powered hand screw driver and go SLOW. **No big power tool**. I absolutely live this and it was exactly what I needed for my space!

It's a little low. And I will tell you that the futon legs are located beneath the sofa in a little zipper. All you have to do is attach the legs and voila! Super light weight. I had my 8 year old and 10 year old open and assemble for me. Quick easy cheap fix, while trying to furnish our new place. And They offered 2 day shipping!
