I ordered a queen adjustable bed and received it within 9 days. Putting the bed together was a little tricky because there was a carter pin missing and the part it held together was loose with a plastic sleeve and bolt in the bag. Since it was a queen it came in 2 parts so we could see the other half had the same thing on it but it was assembled so we figured out how to put the loose parts back together with a carter pin we had. The bed works great and I'm sure my family member will enjoy it.
We ordered the A&E Cage 64"x21" Double Flight Cage with Divider on 7/3/2020. Shipping was fast and the cage arrived without damage. OJCommerce was $40.00 cheaper than anywhere else on the web and over $120.00 less than the companies selling as list. Solid product, fast shipping (and free), and good follow up to the order.
I ordered the Medina dual console because I wanted something for a smaller space, a lot of storage and budget friendly. I have to say that I'm very happy with the price, product and fast shipping. The instructions however could use some work. The pictures were a little hard to understand and my husband and I have put together a lot of furniture. Also, very few of the pieces were labeled which made it a bit more difficult. Overall, I'd recommend it, but if you're not used to putting pieces together you better get some help.
I ordered some sofas, waited 2 months they asked me to wait another 2 months and didn't accept, after all they brought my sofas totally different color, no refund no nothing, they are asking me to return them to fedex by myself two sofas without my mistake!

I ordered the tray tables. The drop top table is great, but the tables are cheap. When putting it together, the top rails came off. They are held on with three small nails.
I ordered a few things from Walmart for Pick Up, including an outdoor Welcome Mat with a brick look to it. Although it was not in stock, the rug had to be shipped from this company, but there was no shipping cost added to the order. The Mat came well packaged in a firm flat box so it was perfect when it arrived. Looks as good or better than expected. I am very happy with this order.
I ordered a Sauder wood cabinet base and was very impressed with the quality of the product as well as the quicker than expected delivery time. The product arrived approximately 6 days earlier than it had been expected and I was very happy. The piece arrived well packaged and damage free. While it took me a bit to put together the cabinet, the instructions were very easy to follow and the hardware was packaged in a user friendly way. All in all, very pleased.
I ORDERED THE A&B HOME DYNASTY BAMBOO BOWL. I RECEIVED A VEGETABLE HOLDER. OBVIOUSLY NO ONE DOUBLE CHECKED MY ODER FORM BEFORE SHIPPING. NOW I HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE TROUBLE OF SHIPPING IT BACK AND BECAUSE I ORDER IT THROUGH WALMART. I JUST CAN'T RETURN IT BECAUSE IT'S THROUGH A THIRD PARTY. I'M PISSED, DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED.
We filled it with water & it was ready to go. It has been a sturdy and reliable base for our porch umbrella. It great!
I purchased a bookshelf and I am very content with what I received. It did take a little while to get here but I assume it is due to delays from the pandemic. Everything came nicely packaged. No pieces were damaged or missing and was very easy to put together. The furniture itself is not very dense/bulky which is exactly what I wanted. I would say it's not fancy type furniture but if you're looking for something that gets the job done for a decent price, this is the right place.
Love the planters. They were delivered without a scratch or chip. No hairline cracks! Beautiful designs. My orchids are going to be very happy

I ordered the Naomi Twin Loft bed from OJ Commerce in white. Unfortunately, the bed frame (although listed as white on the outside of the box) was grey. I tried calling the customer service line several times but after being on hold for 5-10 minutes I would be sent to a voice mail each time. I then emailed them about the error and they responded within a few hours. Email is definitely the way to communicate with them. They sent me a return shipping label and I was able to return the bed frame to them. Unfortunately they will not be getting anymore white ones in for 5 weeks so they refunded my money. Although I was unable to get the bed that I wanted I was impressed with their customer service and wouldn't hesitate to purchase any other merchandise from this company.
We opened the box and the piece fell apart. The glue dried up. Never saw that before. I called and a ticket was opened. So far so good. They said the will refund me. The item was beautiful but something went wrong
I ordered a valance to use as a short curtain. The order arrived quickly and in good condition. I am pleased with the product and the service. No complaints.
After writing a bad review. I received a second email responding to my request. I am very leery because I bought this on walmart.com and they will not back it up for return. I will hold judgement until I see the end results. So on checking into this I will be charged 20 percent restocking fee plus 25.00 to ship. My $80 item will cost $41.00 to return. I am extremely angry right now
Ordered large outdoor umbrella weights. Quick service and it was exactly what I needed. Easy to install.
I'm very happy with the delivery time The desk was a perfect size as I have limited room in my bedroom. The only problem I have is that the desk top had a dimple in it which cannot be repaired.
