Made the order and promptly noticed I accidentally added an additional item on the order. I was able to make a request to remove the item from the order before they shipped it and credit me back for the cancelled item. Delivery was quick and easy, packed safely in a box to avoid damage during shipping. All in all, it was a good purchase.

I received the parts I ordered in a timely manner and in good condition. However, the box end flap was torn open and some parts exposed. Luckily, none of the parts were missing or damaged. I recommend you use stronger box or use shrink wrap around the parts before putting in the box.

The drawer came with assembly instructions but that was hardly necessary. However the drawer slides had no instructions. I'm not a Cabinet maker and a novice at this. A little help would have been appreciated

I mistakenly ordered the wrong trash can based on the picture on the website. They paid for the return shipping and also honored the lower price return with the correct trash can which was $60 more expensive. Talk about service and taking care of your customer! These guys are great!

CaninwtParts Website was very informative and provided all the specs I needed to make sure I ordered the right part. I'm very tired of ordering things on Amazon and having to return them because the specs were wrong. I hope more independent distributors like Cabinet Parts can prosper in a market overly dominated by the big firms.

The item ordered is a perfect fit at a great price, but the delivery time from Florida to Oregon was almost 3 weeks(!) For comparison, I got my custom-tailored suit from China faster than that.

Cabinet parts arrived quickly and in perfect order. The pair cabinets actually close better than some of the ones with the original equipment.

Replacing some old worn out decades old euro hinges and these were pretty much the exact fit. Love the way they lock into place now instead of slipping off like the old friction screw mounts.

I checked around, and CabinetParts had the best price for the Rev-a-Shelf Lazy Susan I was looking for. The ordering process was smooth and it arrived earlier than expected — it's already installed and working great!

Cabinet Parts did not follow through with their policy to inform my company of a prompt shipping time and/or follow through with policy to confirm shipping schedule.

Slides arrived in 2 boxes. 1st locks and rear bracket. 2 days later the slides. No issues. The only thing I wish there were step by step instructions for the piticular slides I purchased.

Hinges were sent quickly and they were exactly what we needed as the original hinges were 25 years old and new ones were under a different number! Well done.

The cabinet custom rollout quality was excellent but it was built too small. We (me and the contractor) measured according to instructions which would have been a perfect fit, but when it arrived, it was narrower than we expected. Since this was a custom rollout, we could not get it replaced and just had to deal with it. I guess you need to be more specific with your instructions so this does not happen.

Thanks for quick delivery of inset hinges and 26 mm blocks. I'll keep you in mind for the next time.

I needed to find so very specific rails and I found them here although my length measurements were off slightly they worked great.

Very easy…company communicated well through the entire process, very satisfied. Will use them again if ever needed.
