The hinges are exactly what I wanted. They were easy to select and order. I was surprised that I had to order screws. The cabinet magnetic latch was a.bust. The magnet is very weak.
I ordered drawer box glides and one of them was defective. I contacted customer service and within a week a replacement glides was on my door step. I am very impressed with your customer service.

I was trying to replace bottom trash can / recycling bins drawer. Existing part had center pin. Shipped part had right hand pin. Didn't fit and would not close
Finally found the hinges I needed, after the cabinet manufacturer sent the wrong ones twice, by looking them up via the images on this website.
You made it simple to figure out the correct hinge and order the parts. Arrived in record time. Installation was pretty easy. One possible suggestion would be to have a tab on your website that deals with slightly different spacing on mounting holes in hinge, I was albe to figure out which hole to use and then drill a new hole for the other screw but that might not work for everyone.
Finding what I needed was a snap and it came faster than expected.
I don't think it's your mistake but the drawer slides do not work with my Brookhaven kitchen cabinet.

It listed prices for about $10 less than the actual cost. I assume it's e-commerce fees, taxes etc, but I should see the price I will have to pay when I'm looking at the item. Other than that perfect

I ordered 2 pairs of hardware so 4 different parts. The first set arrived and half of the 22 pulls had tighter thread openings than the other half. The screws would easily twist into 11 of them but would stop after 1 rotation on the other half. Customer support helped me place another order because i needed these ASAP and they couldn't tell me how long it would take for replacements to come in. I ended up forcing the screws into the hardware and it wasnt great or easy but i got them to work so i cancelled the backup offer - that is still in process. The other shipment arrived with the correct pull but instead of the matching knobs, there were other longer handles. Again customer support answered me right away but they said they didnt know how long it would take to get the correct knobs which i need to get ASAP. Still waiting to hear about that.
It was easy to order and I received my order in a good timely manner. Unfortunately I did order the wrong size of shelf bracket pegs.

One of the slides wasn't right but we made an adjustment
The drawer is supposed to have a soft closure which it does not have because the adjustment had to be made.
It took a long time to get the slides so that is why we did not call and send them
Answer: You are going to get buried in freight charges, if you ordered online. They are not helpful on returns, as they don't believe their customers are one time buyers. Good luck
Answer: I think it's legit but very difficult to get your money back if there is a problem.
