I had ordered 4 kitchen chairs and said it would be shipped until after the 4th of July but to my surprise they came in all most a week a head of time. Ease to put together and very nice and heavy chairs. Love the color. I would do business with them again!
I purchased a mirror from Naomi home on Amazon in May, the description for the mirror said 30" W x 70" H/Lg. The mirror I received was 30x36, when I brought this to Naomi Home's attention they failed to give me the full length 30x70 mirror, yet they updated the dimensions on Amazon shortly after I left my review. I've been in contact with Naomi home for 2 months and they have explicitly said that they have no desire to give me the mirror that I ordered. The customer service is horrible, I have been trying to contact them for 2 months, but no one would respond to my emails or my phone calls. When I finally was able to get in the phone with OJ Commerce 2 months later they were extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone. These people have ZERO regard for customer service.
I was expecting the upholstered headboard and frame July 13, but it arrived July 4th! It was in perfect condition and easy to assemble! Glad I took a chance despite the reviews!

I was amazingly satisfied with the slings that I purchased for my dad who lives in Florida! The slings are the parts that the patient lies on in order to be lifted by a hoyer lift. Item was ordered on 6/4/2020. I received an email on 7/8/2020 that it was on backorder and would not be shipped until 7/27/2020. I called 5 times, waiting on hold for about 15 minutes, to then be sent to voicemail. No one called me back. I want a refund. I am disputing the charge with the help of my CC company and filed a complaint with the BBB. This company is a complete scam. If the price seems TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE THAN IT IS!
This table had a option of multiple colors to match different setups, it's Just what my son needed for gaming desk area. Perfect size, easy to set up and great price.

It has been 2 weeks since I placed my order and it still says processing. Email's have gone unanswered as well as FB messages and i have called and called only to be sent to a FULL mailbox after waiting for over 10 minutes each time. I filed a complaint with the BBB today.
