I can't believe how much I like this glider. It is sturdy, comfortable and looks fantastic. The only drawback I have is it took me about an hour to assemble. However, I follow instructions very closely. Someone else might be able to assemble faster.

This was my 1st order with OJCommerce and I highly recommend this company. The 1st product was delivered in two days & the 2nd in 3 days. Everything arrived in good intact as might be expected. The prices were competitive & there was a good selection of items to choose from. Overall good experience.
Ordered the sauder shoal creek full/queen headboard through Walmart.com and received it much quicker the the estimated delivery date. Arrived in great condition, assembly was fairly easy but best to have someone help, it is sturdy once assembled. Will order again in the future.

This is the worst company I've ever purchased an item from. I've written 50 emails with no resolution. They are incapable of processing a refund for a mistake they made. There is not leadership or escalation path. I don't recommend purchasing anything from this website. They sent me the wrong item and then give you the runaround with a support team out of India. It's like a bad ponzi scheme.

I've purchased many items online that needed "put together," but this product surprised me. First, it's very heavy and comes in two boxes. The packaging was superb. Every desk piece was wrapped and secured. A count of the "pieces" (screws abd such) were labeled with letter that correspond to the directions. And, every piece and count was correct. They even sent a "spare parts" bag with at least ones of everything.
The desk parts are label with letters and match the diagram in the instructions. There are 18 steps and it took me about 6 hours to complete. (Yes, I took many breaks). If I were to do this again, I would make sure to have an elevated surface to work on. It's a knee and back breaker otherwise.
Overall, I am thrilled at the price and quality. It looks much more expensive and the quality suggests that you spent most.
The lamp I purchased is Tiffany style and looks like the real thing for a lot less money. It was shipped very safely and is better than the picture. Thanks,

Worst customer service ever received. Long shipping time. Open and damaged boxes. Unapologetic and uncaring customer service. Took 30 days to receive our order. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Go anywhere else. Horrible customer service. I emailed 5 times, forwarded all emails again, left 2 voicemails and NEVER received a response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I really love my new Naomi Home drafting chair! It arrived promptly and was super easy to assemble (literally five easy steps, only two requiring the Allen wrench that was provided).
I made the mistake of buying something from them for my dog who died before I got the item. I asked them to make an exception about taking 20 percent to put the small box back on the shelf due to her death. They are heartless, not only did they not say they were sorry for her passing but wouldn't make any exception or even provide the label to send package back. I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN.
I ordered the office desk through Walmart app. I received office desk on 06/26/2020 and color was more white than I saw on site. I went to walmart to return desk on 06/27/2020. They told me they can't accept the return back as it is third party vendor(which i didn't knew) and they gave me email address to contact *******@ojcommerce.com. I contacted them and they told me that I have pay for courier charge separately stocking charge 20%. I had returned many items through amazon I didn't have any issue.
No one sees terms and condition before buying. As it has not been even 24 hours I went to return back.
I will request walmart to discourage such type of seller in their system having such type of weird return policy so that walmart customer won't loose their money. Literally I felt I am scammed in the name of this company policy.
I ordered two children's loft beds. After a lot of searching OJ Commerce offered the lowest price with a discount code. I had one question prior to ordering, which was answered very promptly via email. The six boxed (2 beds x 3 boxes each) all arrived at the same time and quite fast. I had an excellent experience ordering furniture from OJ.
