Do not use this online agency, My trip they are scammers from India, sometimes i called follow up a refund tickets and they put me on hold and then hung up. Two Times i called on a french number and they answered with an indian accent which is strange
When I received the confirmation email of my booking with the travel dates, I realized that my return date was incorrect. I called the airline directly and they had to cancel the flight since it was booked as a one way and was within the 24 timeframe. The airline refunded the return flight back to MyTrip to issue back to me. When I called MyTrip to follow up on the refund, they informed me that there is a $114.00 handling fee on all cancellations and changes regardless of it being done within the 24 hour time. This is completely unacceptable and I will never book through a third party site ever again. They did offer the possibility of waiving the fee if I emailed their customer service center. After 3 months of waiting, 3 follow up emails, I received two auto replies stating that their cancellation fee applies because of all the work they have to do to cancel the flight, that was already cancelled by the airline directly. This company is a joke.
My flight was cancelled by the air line and i lost my money because my trip kept my information and did not send to the air line. Run for these company.

This company (and I use that term loosely) is a complete scam! They charge a lot of fees and then don't do anything to help the customer. We paid for flexible tickets, COVID insurance, automatic check in (since we were going international) and then when we needed to call customer service we couldn't reach anyone. After 30 minutes on hold, your call is automatically disconnected. SIX phone calls later someone actually answered, couldn't understand anything they said (very thick accent and broken English) and they said they couldn't change the tickets. Long story short, RUN as fast as you can from this company and don't even bother to look back. I will NEVER buy from mytrip again and will also be contacting kayak.com which advertises rates for mytrip and let them know about this horrible company as well.
They are a horrible agency, the worst experience ever, my flights changed twice, my layovers were too long, I could do nothing about it because they would not pick up my calls therefore i had to deal with the mess because i had no option.
I tried calling them, they put you on hold for over 30min plus until you give up. Basically you will be frustrated and have no one to turn to or to complain to.
I even reached out to them again after one leg of my trip was done to give them feedback and if possible ask for my money back for my return ticket but alas no response.
Key learning, i am done with any 3rd party airline agencies, go to the airline directly, this was my first and last time to ever use any of those links you find on google to help you get flights.

The Airline had to cancel my flight mid April. While I was informed in a timely I am now waiting for 1.5 Months for a refund. Customer support seems not to be existing. While I was using mytrip in the past without having issues I will for sure not book any flight through them.
I have traveled over the years buying either directly from the airline or from an agency but this as been the worst experience ever with us.my trip.con. Listen to this never buy from this agency, it has been a week since I bough a ticket for my friend traveling from Mexico to Argentina and this people has not been able to help me, I even had to pay $30 extra administrative fee but have not been able to get the ticket. Airlines canceled part of the trip but I did my part calling the agency 3-4 times a day having to explain the same o every agent who by the way they are hard to understand their English. Not been racist because I am Mexican and speak English with an accent but man this people don't really care about customer service. So far after week and a half I have not had my ticket neither refunded or re booked, it has been the most stressful experience I have ever had with a travel agency. When booking I got charged $100 extra for insurance due to my changes. Please never buy from this agency I will fill the lost worst reviews (that by the way this is the first time doing it after spending hours and hours waiting on the phone to not solve my problem)

My flight was cancelled due to covid 19... i have requested the refund since April 7th 2020 and till date the money has not been refunded although the airline made the refund to my trip order # L2RLCA they stole my money! Never deal with mytrip.com and save your money.
I would. Bought my christmas flight home through them to get to the airport to be told the tickets were over sold and only people with a certain code could go on the flight (i did not have the code so couldnt go) I realise this was british airways fault as they gave the wrong details but since december i have been trying to get a refund of £230 from them without success. First time i got through they said the airlines said i wasnt entitled to a refund so i got in touch with british airways myself who sent me written confirmation i was entitled to it and were very apologetic. Since i have forwarded british airways email to them, been told someone is looking into it or hung up on, all my emails ignored! Its now 5 months later and not getting anywhere. The worst company i have ever ever dealth with avoid avoid avoid and book direct with airlines!

I went thru Kayak to purchase a flight for my Mom to San Francisco so she could be with my Dad who was in the hospital and just diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. I purchased flight with travel insurance. The my trip website changed the flight a day earlier then what i entered. When my mom got to the airport, the ticket was invalid because it was the wrong day. Had to pay direct thru airline for another ticket. When I contacted My trip, I was outsourced to Indian speaking male who kept quoting different policies as to why I was not entitled to a refund. The guy then proceeded to tell me that my Mom's return flight was no longer valid since she missed the first leg of the trip. Total Bull $#*!. Which I told him it was as I cussed him out completely. I contacted the airline direct, and the flight was still valid. Screw My Trips and they can go to hell. Hopefully someone close this company as the frauds they are.
