MyTrip is a disaster- bought my ticket, 12 hrs later, received news, had to cancel. Clearly it was advertised that I could cancel within 24 hrs with no penalty. MyTrip said not their responsibility, call the airline. Refuse to be accountable, conflicting info from different people on the phone. Total money grab, do not use MyTrip
