I booked a flight with British airways which they cancelled. British airways advised me to contact Mytrip for refund. They don't have a customer service line as the number for their contact centre will never be answered. That means you loose your money once you purchased something from us. They are intentionally set up to NOT answer customer help request, so they keep your money. DO NOT USE MYTRIP. Skyscanner must block these scammers!
They never answer the phone you can wait sometimes for 5 hours on the line. I booked a ticket and I tried to cancel it and no one responded I send an email they said they gonna respond in 24 hours they never respond
Mytrip is the worse what I have encountered in my life. My original booked flight got cancelled and Mytrip rebooked me on the flight which cannot happen. They have put me on the flight where my connection is not possible. Overall, they have re-issued me such a flight, which obviously not going to happen. It is only when I rang them and said they have made a mistake on re-issuing me the ticket and that they have to put me on a flight with a good connection, they certainly said of course we are going to help you but first you have to pay us another €30 as an Assistance Fee. I am sorry but this is your mistake that you put me on the flight which cannot happen, please fix your own mistake, why should I pay any extra money because of your unprofessionalism or blindness? In return, I thought I am speaking to robot which constantly repeated me to pay €30 for the gaffe that they have created themselves. This is insane! I can't believe such agents still exist. I will never EVER use them again in my life...

Have called multiple times, been on hold for hours each time. Call always gets dropped and no one calls back. The second time I called, person said they couldn't rebook my flight time because airline website was down. I was promised a call back and/or email and have not received either. I paid additional money for flexible flight so that no one helps me rebook. I asked for a phone number to file complaint and was told there was only an email, which I confirmed twice. After emailing, I received a "Address Not Found
Absolutely terrible service. Waiting on the line for more than one hour to be picked up. Customer service agents were not helpful at all and it looks like they are not trained to do their job well. They don't know what to do and always give you unhelpful advice to get rid of the call. Later on you realise nothing has happened and you will have to call again. I would never book through them again and would strongly advice to not to use their services. Not trustworthy at all.
I'm currently on the phone and have been for 2 hrs now trying to get hold of My trip company. Every time I try to call, I will spend at least 1.30 hrs waitinng on the line! This is outrageous and beyond disrespectful to customers!
I'm trying to add checked baggage to my booking and their website won't let me. Airlines will not let me either because they told me I have to do with this company since I made the mistake to use their services to book my flight.

This company has caused me so much stress both before my holiday even started and after, due to a computer problem I booked 4 flights for both my partner and myself to the same place, same time, same flight,
I sent numerus emails and made numerus calls which went unanswered for weeks before I was due to fly I was unable to cancel 2 of the 4 tickets and resolved myself that I would not get anywhere with this error,
When the time come to fly home I tried to obtain my boarding passes but each time was informed my boarding passes where pending, it was not till the morning of the proposed flight I was told to check in with the airline desk, I checked in two hours before the advertised departure time only to find that the flight had been brought forward and I had missed the flight! The airline was unable to help as we had not booked directly with them and I needed to contact the ticket agency, the end results was to get home I had to book two new flights with another airline to a different airport in the UK and take a coach journey back home to London putting me out of pocket and causing a lot of stress,... they maybe cheap but be warned they will not be there for you when you need help read the other reviews to get an idea of them
These heartless people are scamsters who thrive off innocent and hardworking people. I can't believe they have been operating for years with impunity, not a single positive response about my trip. Hope they will get what they deserve for ripping people off.
Husband in hospital and they kept me on the phone for 2 whole hours. Took 50 mins to answer in the first place and then speak for 30 seconds and on hold for 10-15 mins. Asked for £1950 to move a £450 flight to next month then refused to cancel asking me to call lufthansa, which I did... then lufthansa tells me to call them back as they are well aware that they have to call the agency line to request a refund or alter the ticket in any way, also confirming that the ticket is partially refundable and that they should never have asked me to contact lufthansa. So basically set up to scam any refunds at all. Asked lufthansa to blacklist them.
If I could write 0 stars I would. They lie about their policies and steal money. No one in customer service (after waiting hours) knows what they're doing and even though you may pay $50 for cancellations and flight changes, you're just handing them money because they won't change your flight and in fact they will charge you a $100 cancellation fee.

I couldn't reschedule my flight which got canceled on the 16 th of july due to covid 19, Mytrip wouldn't respond to my phone call.
On the 27th of july they did the same. They put me on hold for 2 hours 44 minutes and 13 seconds and talked to me but too little too late I lost $608.44 of my money.
Stay away from them or else they will take your money and waste a great deal of your time.
I will never do business with them or any corpprates associated with Mytrip.com.

Booked a flight and paid 2 times the airline price for baggage. I kept checking the airline site for my booked bag but it never showed up.
I called MyTrip twice (50 minutes each time) and they assured me the bag would get booked.
I called the day before my flight and they said to not worry as it would be booked 8 hours prior to departure.
Showed up at the airport and no checked bag paid for so I had to pay the (high) price at the kiosk.
Afyter the flight I called MyTrip 2 times (again 50 minutes on hold) and sent 2 emails to support but no way to get a refund.
Pay the extra $30 with another agency as save yourself the hassle!
I have booked two-way tickets from Europe. Due to COVID, airlines canceled the flights. I have been trying to reach them via telephone (I have tried from different countries as well), no response. The only mode of response is through email, which takes forever to deliver a reply. It's been more than 4 months, recently i have received a link to pay handling charges to initiate a refund. This is crazy that it dawned to them after 4 months that I have to pay money to proceed further. The experience with them is daunting, I am looking for ways to press charges or other kind. Such a stress to get our hard earned money! Never recommend to anyone.
They could not even find a solution for my flight cancellation, they just told me they were going to send me an email and they didn't do anything helpful at all. Very bad service, last time I am ever booking with them, it's such a shame they still working on because just reading at the reviews no one is happy with this agency at all. Maybe you will be able to find the cheapest flight, or save at least 500$. In that scenario, most likely you would decide to purchase an additional insurance or cancellation warranty. Yes, I did that, with hopes that all reviews I read before were wrong; however, all of them are true. It is the worst customer service ever, I have been waiting in line for more than 3 hours, and afterwards, I have been pushed back to the line again, because one lady barely spoke English. My advice to you is to avoid purchasing this $#*!ty product and make them bankrupt. Because such as service shouldn't be promoted on skyscanner and other big travel websites. WORST WORST WORST! No idea how this website even exist.
The airline approved the refund, however they have gone silent on me. They don't respond to any support email. You should never use this service. Scam alert.
Just pray you don't need to call them for anything... Because if you do, sit down and get comfortable it's going to take days to get through to someone if you ever do!
They are just a fraud that advertises 24/7 customer service, but 20 of those hours are spent on a stupid automated queue system where they charge you as well if you are not careful which number you are calling! I have spent approximately £100 on the phone bill and I am still waiting to sort out my issue!
Save yourself SOME time and money, and use a proper travel agent! The money you think you are saving by using Mytrip it will all be spent on the horrible customer service experience, and probably even more than what you would have paid to a proper TA that will offer you a seamless smooth experience, which is really what you need when you are trying to have a relaxing holiday!

NEVER use Mytrip! I used Mytrip as when searching for the best deal on Skyscanner they had a cheapish option. However I have ended up losing money and are not able to go on holiday.
I booked an easyjet flight through Mytrip and recently easyjet cancelled the flight. Easyjet said they would refund me the whole amount. However, as I booked through Mytrip, the refund amount goes directly to them and they then take £30 of the refund as a 'processing fee' to then send the rest of the refund to me. So in summary, I lose £30 for something that is completely out of my control.
For my return flights, again I was told by the airline that I could get a voucher for the full amount. However, it goes back to Mytrip who then issue a 'Mytrip voucher' so you have to book with Mytrip again in the future and not direct with the airline. When you rebook in the future, Mytrip again take £30 booking fee. IT IS RIDICULOUS! I cannot believe they are ok with doing this as a company. The airlines have been great but Mytrip has made me never want to use an agent again and are probably damaging the reputation of some agents out there who are probably quite good.
I also had to wait an hour and 45 mins to get through to Mytrip. Once I got through, they kept putting me on hold for 5 mins. At one point on the call, I asked if they could hold for one minute while I discussed the voucher option with my boyfriend and the agent said she could only wait for a maximum of 40 seconds. Honestly the worst customer service I have ever received. I am shocked that companies like this are even allowed to operate as feel like I've been scammed slightly. Anyway, my fault for not looking at reviews and have learnt my lesson for next time.
