Ok easy to navigate and clear instructions with valid hyperlinks. Quite good! As usual confusing prices.If I search for tickets for 2 persons I'd expect to see the full price for my tickets, not a per capita price. In this case I got badly misleaded because the half price sounded just like a reasonable deal to me (I normally fly out of season).

For the most part, it was a good experience. It only took 2 days to finalize everything. Seat choices were limited. My husband reserved my ticket and had issues with contacting someone, but finally got help. We live in Ecuador and choices for less expensive flights and reasonable flight times were also limited.I am just glad to have the reservation. Hopefully I will arrive to my destination and return safely with little or no issues.

Need to make sure we have a window seat and aisle seat on any flight having three in a row. Tall, older person cannot sit in middle seat. Help please.

The only bad sides is when updating my rewards miles after each trip is not automatic and also I notice when I bought ticket to my family it doesn't count to my rewards miles.I think it should count as long as I'm the one is paying the fare and booking it should count and add to my rewards miles.
