Good service. I have used one travel service. I am looking forward to receiving a good discount. However, I am still not getting a promo code or a gift from your service.
I've seen a lot of negative reviews saying not to use this site so I just want to chime in and say I have used Cheapoair/ Onetravel for more than a decade every year to fly from Canada to Cyprus and back and I've never had a single issue. To be fair, because I've never had an issue I've also never had to call their customer service so I can't comment on that. It's also the cheapest option for flying to Cyprus from Canada. Some reviewers say you can find cheaper elsewhere but it would depend on your destination. I always book a vegetarian meal and again never had an issue. Plus it's an easy to use website compared to some of the airline monstrosities. I've noticed the last few years you do have to be careful to check if it's an economy light ticket because you have to factor in the extra cost of checked luggage then. But that's it. They're definitely a legit company who offer good prices and service.
We managed to get our Travel Package set up despite your Customer Service help. We had a question, called in and were on the phone for over an hour and our problem was not resolved. Did more on-line work starting fresh and figured it out for ourselves.
It was a good experience overall but too much time to be completed...way too much steps...no one can wait that much before paying a ticket...we loose precious time...furrhermore what s the purpose of all these marketing effort...you try way too hard...

So far so good. I have always enjoyed Onetravel service for about 10 years now. I wouldn't change it for any other flight service provider. They give very competitive fares all the time. They are quick to respond positively for any inquiry that I have sent to them.

It was easy to book a flight and when I was notified of a schedule change I was rebooked. Unfortunately the new time was not what I needed and but I called One Travel and they were able to get me on an earlier flight. So far everyone I have spoken with was very professional and did a great job.

OneTravel's website is very user-friendly; I was able to look at flight options easily, and then complete my purchase by phone with a customer service representative. Although there was some sort of system glitch happening on OneTravel's end, my representative Shaniya was professional, efficient and courteous at all times. I'm looking forward to booking with OneTravel again.

For the most part, it was a good experience. It only took 2 days to finalize everything. Seat choices were limited. My husband reserved my ticket and had issues with contacting someone, but finally got help. We live in Ecuador and choices for less expensive flights and reasonable flight times were also limited.I am just glad to have the reservation. Hopefully I will arrive to my destination and return safely with little or no issues.

Need to make sure we have a window seat and aisle seat on any flight having three in a row. Tall, older person cannot sit in middle seat. Help please.

I have had a bad experience using one travel. You can believe me when I say I will never use one travel, and let all my military friends and veterans about how bad this one travel company does business, specially with military members active or retired!
Sorry to hear that we looked through this reservation and it was booked last year Sept. We called you in Feb multiple times due to having a schedule change and each time this was your comment to the agents: Remarks: - "Inbound recieved spoke with //checked if any further assistance required, pax said everything is fine hence no action taken and closed "
I made a reservation on May 16. I discovered after paying for it that the booking was one day off. I wanted to go out on August 1, instead the ticket read August 2.I immediately sought to make the change... literally seconds after making the reservations. I was charged a change fee. WELL within the 24 hour change period. Additionally, the person talking to me on the phone had such a poor command of the English language, I could barely understand her.
Good so far. The directions are simple and clear to follow. The responses and interventions are conveyed promptly. I am hoping for the good service I have always received from you

I purchased their ad-on cancellation insurance.
I cancelled one $700 ticket 2 weeks in advance, no refund, nothing, without a doctors certificate.
Now just found an additional $300 charge on my credit card.
Agent was confusing and rude.
1st and last time. Never again
Bought a ticket through One Travel to go to Florida, not only was it cheaper than if I booked direct but very convenient. They even texted me info about my flight running on time. I would definitely recommend this site, will use them again.
Our airline cancelled the fight we are entitled to a full refund they keep saying they re working on it this is since May 2020 4 months the call center jut has you running in circles I will never use them again that's for sure

Every few seconds a dumb announcement 'please have your booking number ready so we can assist us faster' 'you can find answers to FAQ on our web site' 'thank you for continuing to hold, a cust svc rep will be with you shortly' 'please read our terms and conditions while waiting' 'our customer svc specialists are currently assisting other travelers. Please continue to hold' Some messages also in Spanish. Why you need multiple languages at this point?
