Customer service is the worst! They are all Indian and just hangs up on you when they say they cant help you. They cant cancel a ticket, they cant refund or anything. They just say there is nothing they can do and hang up. NO money back and NO help. THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND JUST SAY THEY CANNOT HELP. STAY FAAAAAAR AWAY FROM THEM. THEY ARE FRAUDS.
They use a Norwegian phone number, but you end up in India! And they lie about where they are based and what their names are. I called back multiple times and the same person said different names and he even admitted it! This is bull$#*! and they should be taken away from the momondo website

I could not have had a more terrible experience with MyTrip. They are impossible to get a hold of via email and via phone. They take weeks to answer emails, and when they do, their responses are incomplete and entirely unhelpful. I called their phone number and was kicked out of the queue so many times, if the phone number was even working that day. There were days where I could not dial the number at all.

They cancelled my entire itinerary just a few short weeks before my international trip. When I was finally able to get through on the phone I learned that they do not plan to refund me the full amount, and they plan to keep my money for additional add-on services that I can no longer use. I have no idea how long it will take to receive the refund, the representative on the phone could only say "very soon" and would not commit to a timeline. MyTrip is a scam and a joke. Nobody should ever book with this "company." Not only do they plan to pocket about $289 from my cancelled trip for their non-existent customer service and for additional add-ons I can no longer use, I now have to pay an exorbitant amount for a last minute flight because I was not notified about this cancellation until the last minute. I am absolutely fuming and I'm sure I won't see my refund for months (IF AT ALL!) because MyTrip doesn't seem to know what "very soon means" or understand the concept of good customer service. I cannot say more negative things about MyTrip. Please, do not book with them.

I do not recommend this travel agency especially during COVID-19 times. One of the flights I'd booked with them was cancelled by the airline and was issued a refund from their side. However nothing arrived in my account because the booking was done through this agency and prevented them from seeing any payment details. I contacted Mytrip and got told they needed to inquire with the airline again for the refund, but that a charge almost equal to my refundable amount was going to apply, although this was never mentioned anywhere at the time of booking. I insisted that the airline had already sent them the amount more than a month ago and that I had proof from the airline which I could forward onto them, but was told that would involve a lot of work on their side so they would still charge me. I ended up not getting my money back so was extremely upset having spent a considerable amount of time trying to get this sorted and will definitely never use their service again.

They sold me a British Airways ticket for my return leg that was never scheduled. The airport staff told me not only is my flight not serviced but no British Airways flights are scheduled to depart from the airport for the remainder of the month. That did not prevent MyTrip from selling me the ticket. Even booked travel insurance and SMS notifications with them in case something goes wrong. SMS notifications and their website both said my flight was on time. Still to this day, MyTrip hasn't acknowledged that my flight had been cancelled days or weeks in advance. Had to book a return flight the day of my travel (and at an exorbitant price). No response from them and no refund. Absolute scam of a website. Will try to report the transaction as fraudulent.

Fraudulent website and terrible customer service

They are a fraudulent company. I booked a ticket online, got the confirmation for flight booking but when I went to airline website to retrieve my bookings, my bookings never existed. So I called them, after long wait of approximately 1.5 hrs, they finally picked up. Their reply was airline canceled the flight and they will not be refunding me the money. How can a flight flight got canceled in matter of minutes.
So stay away. I am going to formally register my complaint to TICO, so that we can get these fraud travel agents penalized.

So i tried to get a refund for over three weeks and after all of that they let me know that they charges for "processing" a refund (sending an email to the airline basically) was, read carefully £55! So my ticket being £80 that i bought as a "refundable option" and payed like £15 more for that ill be getting back about £10? That is just being straight a thief.
So really do not bother using them, get it directly from the airlines or a well known provider, might save you some headaches and money.
By the way it is not if i want them to proccess my refund, i have to process my refund through them cause i did it already through the airline myself and i couldn't get the money that way.

Do not use this company. The are 100% scammers who steal peoples money and don't do what they say in terms of refunds or sorting new flights if an airline has cancelled one. Wish I'd read the reviews before booking through them - ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COMPANY. Do not book with them, you'll honestly regret it.

NEVER USE

Booked a flight through mytrip. Flight was cancelled by the airline 7. 15. 21. Requested a rebook immediately and paid the ridiculous $30 rebooking fee 7. 15. 21. For weeks the flight was not rebooked. I spent over 20 hours trying to call and see why this wasn't booked. Each time I was told the company needed to call the airline to rebook and would do so and confirm my booking in 48 hours. NEVER HAPPENED. The week of 8. 9. 21 the US customer service number wouldn't even ring. They finally emailed 8. 16. 21 and said SURPISE they couldn't rebook. Thankfully I had already rebooked on my own. No surprise at all they wouldn't refund the rebooking fee they in no way earned. Disputed the charge with my credit card. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Nigdy nie kupuj nic przez mytrip oraz GOTOGATE to ta sama firma! Straciłem kilka tysiecy słotych na biletach do ktorych dokupowałem ubezpieczenie na wypadek zmian. Nic bardziej mylnego. Zostałem okradziony z moich pieniedzy przez ten portal. Nie polecam!

Scam!

The airline cancelled our flight and refunded the money to this scamcorp. They held our money for more than two months and they also made us par a fee to get our money back. The fee was 700 swedish/person so we got no money back.
Do not use this scamcorp. They will rob you and get away with it.

Don't ever go on that website, they are jut thieves! Takes hours to reach them they hang up on me twice never called me back. They also never answer my emails! When I finally got in touch with an agent after calling 4 times waiting each time at least an hour and couldn't help me at all! Had no solution for changing my flight or refunding me, he keeps repeating "non refundable" without giving me other solutions. They just steal 1300$ from me! My retreat got canceled because the wild fire destroyed the entire region in Turkey where I was going and they won't do anything to help me! It's unacceptable!

Avoid at all costs. No customer service whatsoever. I have been trying to make a simple flight booking change. 2 weeks and 5 emails later, still no response. And the phone number they provide is inactive. Disgusting service.

Dont book with them

Booked two tickets with them. Flights were cancelled by the airline. Airline confirmed that I'm eligible for the full refund but myTrip isn't returning my money back. They either not answering at all or keep telling me (after two hours on hold) the same sentence over and over again for more than a year already. They are lying and keeping money. Dont ever use them!

Got my flight canceled couple of months ago and got an email from them that I can choose between a voucher for a re-book or a full refund.

I asked them for a refund and havn't heard from them yet. Trying to call them, send emails but no one answers.
After reading the reviews on them online I understood that I'm not the only one who lost his money.
Please do yourself a favour and just pay an extra dollar to book with any one but them.

Somebody needs to sue them. You will not get a refund and you will not get to go on your trip they will cancel last second and then charge you to ask for a refund, which you will not get either.
